Could not have found a better place to stay in LBI. Great location! House was immaculate and had all the essentials needed. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay and so close to the shore. Had everything we needed. Was clean and comfortable for a family get together. The hot tub was great and the outdoor shower was super convenient. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would recommend and definitely would come back again.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely house, so easy to get to the beach and with a delightful jacuzzi! The top floor kitchen opening to the balcony drew everyone together, and we loved the rooftop dining area. The host was responsive and great, thank you!!!

A beautiful,newer, well-maintained house with a perfect layout!! Bedrooms and full baths on one floor and kitchen,dining room, and living room on the next floor. Even had a full bathroom on that same floor, perfect for washing up before dinner and entertaining. The roof deck was great for dinner some nights as you can see the sunset on the bayside or have coffee as you watch the sunrise in the morning by the ocean!! Also had a jacuzzi with an outdoor shower in the back that my kids loved to hop in after a long day at the beach! Renzo was a perfect host asking if we needed anything throughout our trip. Would definitely book again!!

Brant Beach 5 houses from the beach

We have stayed at this location for two years in a row. Everything you need for the beach is here and in good use. I would recommend this house for a lovely family/beach vacation.

Great LBI Beach house!

Wonderful, clean beach house with everything you need to have a great time! Proximity to beach, well-appointed kitchen & beach accessories, making it very easy for renter to kick back & enjoy! Renzo, the property manager was very responsive & helpful, looking forward to coming back!

Perfect Location, Nice Amenities

We had a terrific stay here, finding the amenities even better than listed. Great layout, with a terrific kitchen / living space opening to the covered patio with stairs to the widows watch. The back courtyard (with new grill and nice Jacuzzi) was great as a post-beach hangout. Airy, clean bedrooms, lots of extra bedpillows. The garage offers a great debarcation point for beach, bike rides, etc and is stocked with 9 beach chairs, a couple of umbrellas and various sized beach bikes. Quick access to the house from the Rt 72 bridge with lots of food options a nearby walk, bike or ride. VERY QUIET street - felt like our own enclave. Renzo was a very responsive host, literally answered questions we had within minutes. An all around great rental.

Great house and location!

We stayed for two weeks and had a great time! Renzo was very accommodating and so easy to get in touch with for any questions I had. The house was very clean and is exactly like this listing. We would definitely stay here again!

Bed quilts/comforters were visibly dirty and some of the pillows had blood stains. Not acceptable. Property location was very good. Property decor was a hodgepodge of mismatched pieces - expected more given the cost

Loved the proximity to the beach! Loved the quiet streets . Everyone strolled and or ran up and down the neighborhood. Checkin was easy . Fyi the stairs are steep and the open living space is on the 3rd level. Kitchen was great to have with kids!

Most equipped home I've ever rented from VRBO.

The kitchen lacked bowls, no measuring cup, no broom. had to go out and purchase kitchen dish towels. The grill was filthy and there was no outside cloths line. There were a lack of hooks in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The whole house was full of sand in every room and even on two of the beds.

Up with the sun!

Our family with 3 teens had a great vacation at this home. Really a nice set up, close to everything, nice, equipped and homey. Everything we could have wanted. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We look forward to returning next year!

Great location!

Easy walk to the beach, breakfast bagel shop very close, short drive to grocery store and about a 15 min drive to Fantasy Island/Bay Village entertainment area. House was very clean and kitchen had all the necessities.

Great getaway

We had a wonderful time at the property. The kids loved the bunk beds and we were just a very short walk to the beach! Wonderful! I highly recommend this house!

Hello everyone! My family and I first discovered LBI about 10 years ago. We Live in North Beach and recently bought a Sandy house which we knocked down and are building 2 brand new townhomes in Brant beach. The homes are 5 houses from the beach entrance. Its a perfect location with shops in walking distance.
