This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Beautiful view. Grandby Ranch was a good central location to see everything from winterpark to RMNP. The hot tub was great after hiking all day. The beds were very comfy too.

It was a great stay in Granby. Whirlpool was perfect to have a rest. We could easily find the condo.There is a grocery store 10 minutes away. It could be a perfect place to come for skiing. There are so many lifts nearby.

Very cute condo and loved the location in Granby. Comfortable bed and couch. Beautiful views of mountains.However if you want a quiet relaxing morning on the deck do not book here unless you can get a guarantee that the building construction has finished. When looking for a place to stay a deck where we could relax with a view is very important. There is currently ongoing construction Monday through Friday right outside the deck starting around 7:00 a.m. each day. Nowhere in the listing did it state this and the days we tried to sleep in we were woken by construction. Reached out via email to management company about this and a question about the hot tub several times, and never got a single reply the entire trip.House was well stocked with towels and kitchen items. Loved having the hot tub. Would stay here again if construction was completely finished.

Gran(d) Time in Granby

This is my 3rd trip to Granby Ranch resort and first time since 2013. A lot has changed (in a good way). We booked a very last min trip for Spring Break. This property was fantastic and very close to the base of the mountain. There are 3 ways to get from this unit to the base, all of the options are quick. Get in your car and take a 1 min drive, walk out into the parking lot with your ski/board "stuff", look left and one of the lifts is a 1 min walk, OR turn right out of the parking lot and walk to the base of the mountain. So easy.This unit was great for my 2 adult, 2 teenage boy crew. We don't need much, but it was all there. Nicely decorated, the unit manager was fantastic, quick to reply to everything. Beds were comfortable, especially if you like a softer bed experience in the main level bedroom. 2.5 bathrooms. HUGE kitchen table, hot tub was nice (make sure you open the windows, it gets steamy.There are a few things in the fridge and cabinets that might save you a few dollars, so check in..dry foods, coffee, coffee filters, tea, syrups, creamers, taco seasoning, PB&J, Chic fil a SAUCE!!!

Easy checkin. Loved the location to the lift. Owner was easy to reach when we had a question about the fireplace. Did not like allThe stairs but understandable given the layout.

Beautiful view right on the slopes

This condo provided everything we needed for a fantastic Christmas ski vacation. The fun cabin decor felt thoughtfully curated versus some places that feel chintzy. We were surprised with how private it felt while being connected to other units. Definitely would stay here again.

Misleading pictures, small pool, green hot tub, hot bedrooms

Pictures make the condo look larger than it is. We tried to get information about the pool ahead of our stay but did not get a response which should have been our first clue. There was no information in the unit about the pools location and keys were not labeled. Took us awhile to figure out it was not the Granby Ranch pool but a very small pool at the end of the parking lot. We booked the unit for the hot tub but it was green when we showed up and took 5 days until it was serviced. Really hard to cool down bedrooms at night even with all windows open and multiple fans going. There was a single cup coffee maker but not a regular pot to service two families so we purchased one. Christmas decorations still up in July. Kitchen was a difficult set up for more than one person to work in.

Fantastic Views & Amenities

We loved this condo. The location couldn't have been more perfect in correlation to the ski lodge, and a short drive to the gas station and grocery store. That said, I wish I would have gone to the condo before I bought groceries because the condo was so well stocked I could have skipped some of the basics! I appreciated all of the little additional amenities! The hot tub was also a hit, it felt great after a day of outdoor activities. The showers had great water pressure and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of things for everyone to do in the condo between our outdoor activities. There had been an incident in the condo with the previous renters, requiring maintenance to come in twice during our stay, however communication was excellent and they were never a bother.

Great ski-in, ski-out condo with tons of amenities. Hot tub is a great one after a day of skiing. Owner is responsive and kind. This was our second stay in this unit and we’ll be back again.

Granby Ski Trip

I can not say enough about our stay at this Granby Condo! We usually ski in New Mexico but wanted to change it up this year and man were we sure glad we did! The slopes were absolutely perfect for our family of 4! Kids 7 and 10 years old but to have such a wonderful condo that truly felt like a home away from home was the cherry on top! If you're thinking of stay here you won't regret it! We will definitely be back.

Fabulous place to stay!

Enjoyed everything about this property. This is our third year skiing in Colorado and our three boys (11, 9, 7) said this Vrbo was their favorite! The indoor hot tub in the condo was the best perk!!!! Another great thing about the host and the condo is that they had every thing imaginable needed! Just having extra condiments in the fridge helped tremendously! Had reusable grocery bags to borrow, plenty of towels, ziploc bags, you name it and they had it! Might not seem like a big deal but it makes a huge difference and impact when staying at VRBO allowing to be able to cook for the family. The washer and dryer worked great and I ended up doing several loads of laundry to stay on top of things. So glad to have had them! Host was very responsive. We stayed during a major snow storm. Had a mini issue with the porch door weather seal and immediately sent the handyman over the fix it the very next day. Would definitely stay at this place again! The location was PERFECT to Granby Ranch. Thank you for a great and memorable vacation! Until next time…. -The Bares Family-

Perfect Getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Granby, CO. Granby itself is a perfect town to stay in as a starting point for many adventures in Colorado but have a small town feel. The condo was fantastic. They had a pack n’ play and high chair for our one year old. The place was clean, well stocked and in a great location. The view is beautiful. This was a great base camp for all of our daytime activities! This condo is only about 30 minutes from the RMNP Grand Lake Entrance. We had a great stay!

Well stocked

Overall the location was convenient and close to the national park and lots of hiking. The rental was very well stocked with everything you could need. Being from the south east I didn't check to see if there was air-conditioning and just assumed which was a failure on my part. It was very warm in the apartment for my liking to sleep especially since there is not a window in the master and we stayed in August. The living areas were comfortable and well decorated. The beds and pillows really need to be replaced in my opinion. But otherwise it was great stay and we had everything we needed.

Very relaxing

Just what we needed. Our busy schedule finally allowed for a few days off and the condo did not disappoint. We cooked most our meals in the fabulous kitchen and watched movies while enjoying the snow and wildlife! Wish we would have come in time to ski!
