Host was incredible and responsive. The place was nice, very comfy and as advertised. The games and living room blankets were a nice touch (so warm). The views were breathtaking and helped us relax and even inspired us to do some much needed work. It's close to town and has tons of pathways and trails to discover!

Comfortable stay

Property was clean and appointed with everything we would need for a quick stay. Coin laundry is right across the hall. Would be nice to have a few fans to use.

Great summer condo

Condo was easy to find and the host was quick to reply. Beautifully clean and decently stocked kitchen for light meals. View was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Affordable summer lodging in Granby

We stayed here for 2 nights after visiting RMNP. It was perfect for our family of four plus nice amenities at the main lodge including swimming, tennis, racquet ball, pickleball & exercise room. The main lodge has tennis equipment to check out too. It's a bit of a drive back to Grand Lake but that's offset by its affordability & amenities at the main lodge.

Great cozy place walking distance to ski lift

Our family stayed for 3 nights to enjoy new years and skiing at Granby ranch. The place was clean and nicely located to the kicking horse chair base (around 100 feet or so). Easy ski in and ski out place. Owner was great and communicated as well. Highly recommend!

Comfy and Clean

This was a great Condo located between a lot of small towns with things to do. Its 30 mins away from the south entrance of RMNP. The condo has access to a pool down the hill. It was super clean with games, well stocked kitchen and laundry across the hall.

Mountain Get-Away

This Condo in Granby Ranch is my favorite. Its centrally located to Grand Lake and Winter Park as both are just 20-30 minute drives away. When I come up, i usually head to Granby Ranch Golf Course, play 18 and then check in. You can see a couple of the holes from the balcony too! So you can watch the morning or afternoon golfers as you wake up or wind down. When i stay in the summer i usually do one day in Grand Lake on Shadow Mountain/Grand Lake with a rented boat. Then i head to Winter Park the next day for the village or 4x4's up the continental divide. No matter what you choose to do or where you choose to go the Condo is only about 30 minutes away when you're ready to call it quits!

Exceeded our expectations....

Our family has been coming to Sol Vista for over 16 years. We usually stay at the base so I had reservations about renting something up the hill. However, this turned out to be our favorite trip. The condo is perfectly appointed: ground floor so no stairs to climb with equipment, short walk to the lift for skiing and firework show on New Years, clubhouse with Jacuzzi, sauna, and indoor pool, balcony overlooking the beautiful scenery, and plenty of parking. We were initially concerned about our 7 year old who still only skis on the bunny hill or greens. The lift actually requires a portion of the blue hill to get to the base. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that the lift hill was a perfect place for her to get in a few runs without evening skiing to the base. Jake has done an outstanding job of including everything you would need for a great getaway. We accidently left my young daughter's DVD's at home but found an entire case full of children's movies. He has games and cards which made for fun evenings by the fire. The bathrooms and kitchen are fully stocked and we never needed to purchase anything extra. In fact, there was a nice bottle of red wine waiting for us when we arrived! He provided us with some insight into a few attractions and recommended an excellent restaurant (Ditches) which we never would have eaten out without his input (excellent meal). We have absolutely no complaints and look forward to many more stays in this condo! Great for families!!

It was good clean and comfortable. They had my favorite shampoo/ conditioner, curler and blow dryer. No properties have ac but didn't need it once we found the window fan! Very inexpensive and perfect for our stay.

Just what we needed!

This was our 3rd time staying at Granby Ranch, this property was the best one yet! Great view was what we were after and it was!! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and just enough room for our family of 4. The bunkbeds were nice for our twin teens but one ended up using the pull out couch so it worked even better. The apartment was great location for our visits to Rocky Mountain National Park, Arapaho National Forest, and Grand Lake. Jake responded to all questions immediately and offered tips and suggestions for restaurants and things to do. It was a great stay!

Great condo

Overall of 4.5.Easy to find. Easy to check in. Everything functional. Close to lift (100yard flat walk). Owner communicated with me quickly when needed. Wasn’t as clean as I expected (hair in the shower, some dirty dishes.). Noske storage, so had to put the wet skis in the car.

Fishing trip

Choose the property based on location and price of the unit. This unit is competitively priced quite location during the summer. Would try staying during winter with the access to one of the lifts within walking distance.

Grew up enjoying family condo in Winter Park. I wanted the same for my family and Granby Ranch was the perfect place. Central to everything and could not believe the condo came complete with a chair lift in the parking lot and can see the golf course from the window... It has been a dream come true for our family.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Ski in Ski out. Golf course is really close! Granby Ranch is ranked in the nation for down hill Mtn Biking. 15 min from 3 great mountain lakes. The town of Granby has great food and some shopping. Grand lake is 20 minutes away and is great place to visit and rent boats/fish. Steamboat is 1.25 hrs away. Winter Park is 20 minutes away and is some of the best skiing/snow in the state.
