Your home away from home in Gold Canyon with 2 bedrooms. Minutes from golf and spectacular hiking trails, our amazing townhome offers two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room and expansive deck right on Sidewinder golf course with fantastic views of flatiron, dinosaur mountain and the superstitions.
HOA facilities include pool, exercise room and beautiful landscaped grounds.
HOA minimum lease is 90 days.
Cleaning service every 2 weeks included.
Summer rates are 50% off with a cap of $200 per month on electricity bill ( May through September) please message before booking for summer stays.
Advertised rate (is for 90 day stays October to January or January through April.
Main bedroom features a king with its own jetted tub, walk in shell shower.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and is across from the main bathroom..
Fully remodeled in 2023, great Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen will ensure that your stay here will be nothing short of cool and comfortable. Enjoy your time in Gold Canyon at our townhome.
