We live off site, but are always happy to help. All guests receive our guidebook to the area, which also contains a house manual with information to assist you during your stay.

Located near Mount Mitchell and Mount Mitchell Gold Course, the neighborhood is a beautiful community nestled into the mountains with a serene river view. The roads are maintained by the HOA and are plowed in winter.

Helene Update: Some points of interest might have changed hours or in some cases closed. For example, parts of the Blue Ridge Parkway are temporarily closed for repairs, but the good news is that progress is being made every day. Most businesses in Spruce Pine, Bakersville, and nearly all in Burnsville are open and operating as usual. A digital guidebook is provided to all guests to help you plan your trip.

* We understand that not all guests wish to use the hot tub, so we’ve made it an optional amenity to help keep base rates lower. If you would like to enjoy the hot tub during your stay, a $100 usage fee and a signed waiver are required in accordance with our insurance policy.
