Great spot that hosted a group well

We did 7 fellas for a ski weekend and the place held up well. Plenty of beds and space. There were even air mattresses for overflow. Overall the house is a bit in need up updating to be on the 'luxury' side of things, but that didn't slow us down a bit.

Spectacular Views

We had 88 and 94 year olds staying here. There were not enough handrails to hold on to for climbing up the steps into the cabin, and the wood steps were icy and slippery.

New Years Gettaway

Property was excellent and was perfect for what we needed. A great view from the deck and hot tub of Breckenridge and the surrounding mountains. Roomy living room/dining room/kitchen area. Bedrooms and bathrooms worked well for everyone. I'll add a note that I appreciated fans and humidifiers being provided in each bedroom. I can use my phone for white noise to fall asleep but a fan is the preferrable option!

Breckenridge beauty

we enjoyed our stay it is a beautiful cabin in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views of the mountains! just a couple of things that could make it a 5 for us: none of the beds were that comfortable the mattresses were hard. There was also a lot of dust in the upper bedroom on the ceiling & the ceiling fan-granted they were loft ceilings but hanging cobwebs were present. Our last night there the hot tub was off when we returned to the cabin. We were disappointed since we had been using it all week. As a guest you do not have control over the hot tub. It would be nice if there were larger towels to use for the hot tub as well.

Nice House but NO HEAT!

The house is very nice and comfortable for 3. The fourth downstairs bedroom in the basement has only a half bath and was very cold because the central heat was broken and the property manager Summit Vacations was unable to get it fixed while we were there. They did bring us additional firewood for the wood stove but that did not heat the bedrooms. It was 38 degrees outside at night (September) and the house got down to the low 50's inside. Denise from Summit was very responsive but unable to get a heating contractor to fix the unit. How the company could rent a unit with a broken heater and then offer only $150 credit on a 3 night stay is outrageous.

This home is well maintained and 10 adults slept comfortably. Convenient location. Only request would be for more linens.

Decent place but not great

First the good: The view from the hot tub, and the tub itself, were top notch. The great room was a nice place for us to gather. The not-so-good: The bathrooms, kitchen (appliances, cabinetry, cookware), furniture, beds, and linens were all some combination of cheap and warn out. For what we paid I expected better. The very steep driveway was a combination of mud and ice. We had two slip/falls which, thankfully, did not result in injury. If i were renting a home i would not be comfortable with those conditions. We worked for quite a while to clear the ice and made it manageable but still not great.

Excellent location

We stayed at this location a couple of weeks ago, we came from Texas the location was perfect since it was only 10 minutes from downtown Breckenridge, however we were dissapointed for a couple of things first when we got to the property we didn't have the check in code, I called the owner a few hours before the check in but he never answered. Once we got to the house there was no code, even though they answer a couple of minutes later it was still inconvenient it would have been nice to have the code at least an hour earlier. The size of the house was not what we expected it was smaller than in looks on the pictures, but we did enjoyed our stay.

Long Weekend in Breckenridge

We enjoyed a nice long weekend in Breckenridge. Property is in a nice location and very quiet. All major ski resorts are less than 30 mins away, and it was a perfect place to come back to after a day of skiing.

Breckenridge Protector Place

My family and I had an amazing time at this Breckenridge home. What you see is what you get. There was more than enough room for my group of 8. It was well stocked with everything we needed and had detailed instructions for us to know about the property. That was very helpful! The views were amazing as well!! I would recommend this property to anyone looking to have a relaxing time with family up in the mountains, yet close enough to downtown and surrounding areas for shopping, grocery shopping, gondola rides, and activities down town.

Great cabin for a family or several families/couples

Property as depicted in the pictures. Convenient to Breckenridge and other small towns. Lots of room to spread out with several beds in each room. Close to next property but great view of mountains. Small master bath but doable. The management team was outstanding. Would stay here again.

Great Place for Getaway

We rented this home for a girls weekend getaway. Plenty of sleeping space and room to visit. The house was clean and the deck had an amazing view, perfect for star gazing in the evenings!. The hot tub was nice and the location was peaceful. The driveway is steep but levels off at the top. I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking to get away with a group and have a little quite time away from the busy town atmosphere.

Perfect!

We rented this home for a girls weekend to be spent hiking, paddle boarding, rafting, and overall enjoying the outdoors. We couldn't have asked for a better home to do this. It was very clean and exactly like the pictures, not to mentioned it's located right in the mountains and has an absolutely beautiful view. It was a close drive to all the activities we planned, not to mention downtown Breckenridge for dinner. We also spent a night in and cooked as well. The space was more than comfortable for all ten girls to sit around the table, at the bar, and outside on the deck and enjoy each other's company. I would absolutely recommend to friends and family and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home but disappointing stay

The listing was accurate regarding the location. The property was easy to find. The photos definitely depicted the appearances of the rental. The house was very clean. The downtown shopping and winter activities were exceptional! There were some disappointing factors that made our stay less than what we expected for the cost. One was there was no internet or cable available. Even though the internet password was provided, we were never able to connect. After a lot of time and effort on our part, the owner did subscribe to a cable channel we wanted to view a football championship game, although by that time we missed most of the game. Another huge disappointment was the threadbare sheets in the master bedroom. They were very worn out and to be honest, the sheets were something I might expect at a cheap motel. I am not sure I would ever recommend this rental to my friends or family.
