The communication was very quick and consistent which we appreciated, but were without wifi or tv the whole trip which was a little bit of a bummer. The hot tub was very nice and well kept!

Wonderful location up the mountain! Host was easy to communicate with and quick with responses or any needs we had. House well stocked with board games, puzzles, and kid toys which was nice. Beautiful views, saw moose almost everyday. Close to main street. Everything as pictured. House could use some updates and some worn furniture but nothing that would stop us from coming back. We will definitely be back!!

Great stay! Perfect location. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Teenage boys enjoyed all the room and privacy in the basement with the ping pong table.

Great location with ample room on three floors. Communication was excellent throughout the process from booking to check out. Lots of toys and games, which was a big hit with the littles. Mama and baby moose roaming the backyard was a highlight. Great stay!

Overall, a very pleasant experience. The house was a little dated, and could use some upgrades, but it was very comfortable and convenient. Just a few nagging things that prevented a 10/10 rating (the icemaker on fridge wasn’t working and there are NO lights for the outdoor hot tub) but me and my friends would definitely stay here again! Cozy family cabin

Perfect place to stay. We have a toddler and he had many things to keep entertained. Very cozy home. All beds were very comfortable. 3 restrooms which is great for a big group. Full kitchen that let us make breakfast a dinner. Totally recommend! 10/10

Plenty of room for everyone

We really enjoyed our stay at this property every one loved thelocation, close to the downtown. The downstairs room was like its own little separate apartment. Will recommend to anyone with a large family.

Breck Ski Trip

Guys annual ski trip to Breckenridge. Great location up a little bit in the mountains with scenic views and 10 min. to downtown. Very nice place to stay.

Up in the Mountains

The property was very nice and clean. Completely accurate to the photos. Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to maybe add some outside lighting facing the hot tub since it is so dark outside at night. I would definitely book this property again.

Perfect for our family get away

Property was great for our extended family weekend retreat. Convenient location and the feel of a quiet mountain home. Basement has a lot of room to hang out with activities. Main and upper levels were comfortable, kitchen was nice.

Family time at the fire pit

The fire pit was perfect for us every evening. This morning at 5:30 there were three elk roaming around the fire pit as well. Great spaces for the family inside too!

Not a well kept property

Property had many little things wrong with it such as outlets not working, jets didn’t work in the hot tub, games missing pieces, kitchen was not well stocked, Murphy bed didn’t fold up, and the Internet was spotty…. And much more. Just felt very outdated and not kept up well. The “game room” had an outdated gaming console with one game that worked. The showers were ridiculously small and we had issues with a pipe leaking into the basement. There were lots of little things that added up to us not enjoying our stay on this property.

360° Breath taking views.

Overall place was perfect. Nestled in the woods and surround by snow capped mountains. Better than expected. Will highly recommended and will be staying in the future. Anniversaries for sure will be spent here.

Our stay was a 3/5

While this property is spacious and beautiful, some of the cleanliness needed work. The top floor comforter had a blood stain in the corner and there was a pillow that also had a bloody skid mark in the basement bedroom. We had to replace the propane tank ourselves and fill up the hot tub, because it had a major leak. When I talked to the owner they discussed refunding a little bit of money and now a week after our stay no one has answered my messages. While I was there communication was great and now it’s radio silent.

Beautiful location

Everything was wonderful in the house except the water would quit working and we would be without hot water, we figured out how to fix it after a day but it was frustrating
