The primary bedroom offers king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy, while the secondary bedroom features cozy bunk beds. A highlight of the apartment is the expansive recreational room in the basement—perfect for working from home, movie nights on the large flatscreen TV, or a fun children's playroom.



Perfectly situated near popular restaurants, shops, and cafes, this residence offers the best of Carroll Gardens at your doorstep. To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.



The Neighborhood:

Known for its Italian-American roots, Brooklyn's Carroll Gardens neighborhood shows its heritage in the many traditional Italian cafes and shops on Court and Smith streets. Hip boutiques, cool bars and trendy restaurants are here, too. The pretty, leafy thoroughfares are lined with brownstones and garden-fronted residences, many of which are home to young families and upwardly mobile professionals.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



Please note that the patio is shared with the upstairs unit and is divided into two sections.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
