This accomodation in Talence is perfect for your escape. Get out of bed and dive into the pool... With 1 queen bed in mezzanine (Warning : sloping ceiling, impossible to stand on) and 1 sofa bed (1 person), This cozy retreat, in a middle of a garden, offers heating, wifi, outdoor kitchenette and AC. The bathroom features a big shower and a wc. Feel at home in this independant space and enjoy the possibility to park your car for free. Located in a residential area, close to the tramway direct to Bordeaux (25mn) and city of wine (45mn). University campus and Pessac Leognan vineyards (château Haut Brion) are also very close. Direct bus to Bordeaux railway station (St Jean). Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots (good restaurants, Arcachon and dune du Pyla).

Newly furnished and bright accomodation, thought and designed for the comfort of its guests.
Located at the bottom of the land of the owner, your independence is guaranteed.
Heigh ceilings with a confortable sitting area with swimming pool view.
Includes a bathroom with a large shower and a desk area.
Mezzanine slepping area in bed 160.
Amenities available in guest room :
Wifi, Flat screen TV including free cinema and sport pass, air conditionning
Refrigerator , Coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hair dryer
The salt water heated swimming pool* (8x4m) just steps away your accomodation. Begin the day with a refreshing splash and enjoy your breakfast on the terrace. *27° from 1st of May to 30th of September.
You can alternate: Sun tanning / relaxation and visits of Bordeaux city center and the Wine City Museum (direct tram B - station Peixotto 10 min walk).
