Sandcastle 3 Beachfront Condo with a pool

Sandcastle 3, located at 200 Gulf Drive South in Bradenton Beach, is an exquisite three bedroom two bath gulf front condo luxuriously decorated with a tropical flair. Enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and Bridge Street. Stay in the midst of Bradenton Beach's historical district where Key West style shops and restaurants are just a short stroll away (there are 8 restaurants within a 5-minute walk).

Fish or daydream on the city pier with postcard like views of sailboats and Cortez fishing village. This is the spot you'll often see artists and photographers capturing nature at it best. With convenient shopping so close, you may not even need a car during your stay at the Sandcastle! Just hop on the trolley to explore all that Anna Maria has to offer.

This spacious unit has 10' ceilings and features a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, maple cabinets and stainless steel appliances. It's a chef's delight!

The beach views are spectacular from this property. You can stroll the white sandy beaches for miles in either direction. Other amenities include: full size washer and dryer, central vacuum, heated pool, undercover parking for two cars, and a private veranda overlooking the beach.

The living room features a 46" television. The master bedroom features a 32" television and the two guest bedrooms feature 19" and 13" televisions. The ideal Anna Maria Island vacation begins here at the Sandcastle.

Unit 3 at Sandcastle will accommodate eight people with a king size bed in the spacious master bedroom, queen size beds in both guest bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room.

Sandcastle 3 is a one week minimum stay.
Not a pet friendly rental

Parking is limited to two vehicles.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach view from condo was beautiful and decor in condo was tasteful. We liked how easy it was to get to the beach. The week we were there was chilly- we were told the heater/pump in the pool was not working so we didn’t use the pool. We weren’t crazy about being across the street from the shops- the music and traffic noise in the back bedrooms was tolerable but annoying- parking garage was not well lit at night. We didn’t feel the condo was worth what we paid- we have stayed in much nicer condominiums for lesser amounts. There was room for improvement in cleaning- back of spare bathroom door had finger smudging (not sure what is was but not pleasant to look at) and kitchen and spare bath had tiny red ants/bugs everywhere- if you left anything out on counter they were in it. Traps that were in unit did not resolve the issue and we did not call rental company because we didn’t want to mess with anyone coming into condo. Would also recommend getting a spatula to mix with, crab crackers for crab legs and garlic press. Overall a nice stay but would not rent unit again.

What a view

Nice to have the large upgraded shower and kitchen. Liked the height of the bathroom vanity. Having one box of kleenex would have been nice; something to keep in mind for future guests. Only downside was proximity to Moose Club next door; not much owner can do about that. Glad we didn't have anyone using front two bedrooms; noise level from Moose Club & street noise was quite loud. Not sure if it would have helped if front door had closed tighter or had better weatherstripping to make more soundproof. Very happy to have covered parking under building & loved proximity to beach. Would stay again.
