The home is fantastic. Beautifully appointed and stocked. Comfy beds, nice linens, spacious rooms. Location cannot be beat and it comes with parking in the heart of Old Town. Erin is a fantastic host. Cannot recommend enough. We rented it for graduation and loved every second of it. Wish we didn’t have to leave.

The house was beautiful, spacious, and exceeded our expectations. Our host was very responsive and made our check-in process very smooth. We felt welcomed during our stay and confident that if there had been any issues, which there were none, our host would have addressed them immediately. I highly recommend staying here if visiting the NOVA/DC area. We are likely to stay here again in the future.

This was a very comfortable home away from home. My family enjoyed the comfy beds and extra large bedrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped. Location is perfect!

Absolutely loved this Old Town gem!! Spacious, light and bright with historic charm and modern touches. Clean, comfortable beds, nice linens and beautiful furnishings. Also a bonus to have reserved parking! Erin was so welcoming and responsive. Was the perfect home base for our DC/Alexandria trip! In the center of Old Town, everything imaginable within walking distance, but remarkably quiet. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to return! Thank you Erin! Cheers, Ann and Perry

Perfect location allowing access to the Metro and King Street. Parking can be tricky, many lots do not allow parking overnight, and this rental only has parking on Friday and the weekends. Plan ahead if you have a car. Otherwise, I 100% recommend this rental.

Wonderful Stay

This property is absolutely beautiful! We stayed an entire week and enjoyed it very much. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! The check in and out process was very easy as well. We also felt very safe in this neighborhood and had no worries being out after dark. We would definitely stay again !

Awesome spot in a fantastic location

Family gathering to connect and enjoy a holiday weekend and Nats / Red Sox game as well. Love Old Town and the location could not be better. Communication with Erin was easy and quick, and home is perfect. Would highly recommend!

Wedding Shower Weekend

This home was perfect for me to host family attending my future daughter-in-law's bridal shower. Location was central in Old Town and we enjoyed walking to shops, for groceries and dinner. The home is lovely and well appointed. I especially loved the quality of the linens and towels. We would definetly stay here again.

The house was so charming and in perfect condition! Erin was very quick with responses and answering questions . It was a short walk to cafes and sites . Went with several ladies , but want to return with family. Don’t think twice about this property . Old world charm, with all the comforts.

The home is as advertised. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you need in a home away from home. The beds were all comfortable and all linens were provided (that’s not always the case). The kitchen is fully stocked from dishes and utensils to cookware and spices for cooking. The house is also in a perfect location, just around the corner from King Street which is the heart of Old Town. Getting into DC was also very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The guest house was so pretty and spacious. The view out of the kitchen and back deck were so pretty. It was very quiet. It had everything one could possibly need for a relaxing stay. If we are ever in the area again, I would definitely book again.
