Welcome to The Cozy Coastal Cove in the heart of Salisbury Beach! Just 0.2 miles from the beach, restaurants, and entertainment, this charming retreat offers a serene escape with coastal decor, a fully equipped kitchen, and easy access to nearby destinations like Newburyport, Plum Island, Hampton Beach, and Portsmouth, NH.

This right-side unit provides exclusive access for your privacy, with no shared spaces. The left-side unit is also available for rent, sleeping up to 12 guests.

First Floor: The open-concept living area includes a cozy living room with a sofa (sleeps 1 extra guest), a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. A half bathroom and laundry area with a washer/dryer add convenience.

Second Floor: The master suite features a queen bed, a full bathroom, a ceiling fan, a window AC unit, and ample storage. The guest bedroom has a bunk bed (twin over full) sleeping 3, a ceiling fan, a window AC unit, and storage. Both bedrooms include 43-inch Roku TVs and WiFi.

Outdoor Space: Enjoy a full-size, two-level deck/patio with patio seating, a fireplace, and an electric grill—perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. Three off-street parking spaces in the driveway ensure hassle-free parking.

Guest Access: Guests have access to the right-side unit, deck, and driveway. The shed and left-side areas are off-limits.

Please Note: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Pets, smoking, vaping, drugs, loud music, noise, and parties are not allowed. Insects are common in beach areas, so keep windows and doors closed. While we maintain the home well, let us know if any supplies are missing.
