We love staying at the splash resort! We always stay with the same family who has multiple units within the property. They are always great with communication and make the process a breeze! They’re very accommodating and the place is always spotless. 10 out of 10 would recommend for any family looking.

Overall our stay was amazing! The owners were very quick to respond and get help with the few minor things we found! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group! The kids had a blast and ranged in age from 6-14 and there was plenty for everyone to do! Being on the first floor was convenient!

Vacation with family

Great vacation MIL suite sound proof, could still hear people upstairs a lot, property looked like the picture. Large balcony, all bathrooms stoppers for the tubs had problems keeping water in the tub, had plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Our grandkids loved the bunk beds, did have problems with the remote control in master bedroom and in MIL suite. The balcony not facing the ocean the drainage vent every evening bugs like roaches would come up from it kids love the splash areaThe 2 chairs on the beach was so niceThank you for sharing your condo with our family of 9 one was not able to comeHope you have a blessed day God Bless

Great family stay

Everything in good working condition and the best location at the hotel. First floor without elevator wait times and a wrap around balcony. Perfect set up for kids to have a blast.

Great place!

The condo being on the first floor saved us time not having to always wait on an elevator. Having the option of pool areas and/or beach was great and the beach chairs that came with the condo was really nice to have. I would recommend taking a wagon, it really helped with taking things back and forth from the parking area. I would highly recommend this condo. We have multiple families ages 3-61 and it was awesome!

Yearly family trip to PBC

The condo was everything I thought it would be. We had a great view (1st floor) due to having the pool area partially under the building. The kids loved the pool & kid play area. I loved the west end because it is close to everything, but away from all the traffic the east end seems to have at times.We will be marking this stay with a big heart for loved!The Andrews family!

Great place

Condo was amazing. Very clean and tidy. Amazing views of the gulf from the balconies. Very comfy beds. Pool area for the kids was excellent with lazy river and splash area. Would recommend staying here.

Family fun!!!

Property manager ( Megan) was awesome!!! When I contacted them on Father’s Day they answered and addressed my issue. Condo was clean and well equipped. Along with this, the kids had a blast. Only downside was the elevator situation. It took forever to get one.

This property is an excellent location for Grandparents, children and grandchildren.

The property is set up perfectly for whole family. Each bedroom has their own bathroom. The kitchen is full equipped with everything you could need. (Excellent quality kitchen cooking equipment) The splash pad and covered pool are excellent for kids and for getting out of sun. We had an amazing time. Highly recommended this property.

Amazing experience

My family of 4, parents, and friends with a family of 4 stayed here. We have 0 complaints. Owners communicate so well with us. There is so much to do on and off of the premises. Everything is super accommodating to our 3 year old son with autism as well. The owners allowed us to check in a little early due to this and him having a rough drive there. We are so thankful that they helped us have a great experience for us and all of the kids! We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our time at Splash. The condo itself was beautiful and the floor plan (mother-in-law suite) worked well for my children and my mother. We loved the balconies! The kids and I enjoyed the pools and beach. The only thing we didn’t realize is there is quite a walk from parking to the Splash resort and it was difficult for my mother. My fault as I didn’t do the research before to see the layout of the resort. Just putting it out there for others with mobility issues. Overall, I would recommend if you don’t have those concerns!

Spring break

This condo was exactly as described. The beach view was beautiful. Our 2 yr old enjoyed the water play area. Had a little issue in the room and was quickly resolved by the owners. We enjoyed our stay here and hope to go back again soon. Thank you so much for letting us use your condo.

Great condo

We enjoyed this condo very much. It was perfect for our group. My family and I stayed in the lockout room with a three year old and a 7 month old. It was perfect for us! It was quiet and private but also felt very included with the rest of our family if we left the door open. The condo was nice and had all the amenities we needed. We would def stay here again.

Nice condo

Condo was conveniently located right next to the elevator but not noisy at all. The view from the balcony was nice and the kitchen was furnished with plenty of cookware but did need more than one dish towel. The lock out bedroom was nice and quiet for anyone with a baby to be away from the living area. All in all the unit was nice but could use a deep cleaning. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo!!

Condo was very nice and the resort was fun for the whole family esp the kids. The condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a sleeper sofa so we had plenty of room!! Had a great view too and a nice sitting area on the extended balcony.

Summer Vacation

This is our 2nd time staying at this property and we really love it. The 1st floor convenience during the busy summer is really nice. We love the bedroom setups and multiple balconies for our 2 families.

Fun Family Trip

We had a large group of ten - 7 adults and 3 small children. There was plenty of room for all of us to co-exist for a week. The balconies are great way to relax and watch the ocean waves. Loved being on the 1st floor because of the easy access to the beach and pools. Since there are two quick easy staircases to get down to ground level, no need to spend time waiting for elevators!!!

Our names are Megan and Brian Meisner. We live in Richmond, VA and have 2 young daughters, a young son, and 2 Westies named Wrigley & Rizzo. We also own a 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom condo on the 1st floor at Splash - 102W, which we have owned since 2013.

We purchased Splash 101E in March 2017 with Brian's parents, Fred & Gloria Meisner. Fred & Gloria own a 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom / and Bunk bed condo on the 1st floor at Splash - 107E.

We hope you enjoy Panama City Beach as much as we do!

With all of the pools, kids 'splash' areas, lazy river, poolside bar and oh gorgeous beach; you are sure to enjoy every minute of your stay here. Located conveniently on Front Beach Road, you are only minutes away from restaurants, shopping and entertainment (Pier Park) sure to fit everyone's taste. Our unit is located on the lowest floor of the East Tower, so your time spent in the elevator is minimal allowing you more time to enjoy all Splash has to offer. Enjoy!

You will find that being on the lowest floor of Splash is a very nice benefit! Even though you are on the lowest floor, you are still three stories up -- giving you fantastic views without the long elevator ride, especially during the summer months! Splash 101E is the only condo at Splash with a wraparound balcony, which is truly unique! Each bedroom has access to a balcony, and the Master Bedroom & Living Room have access to a huge balcony overlooking the beach and pool. Also, our unit comes with a free rental of two beachfront padded lounge chairs & umbrella reserved for our tenants between March 1st - October 31st. Now you don't have to rush down to the beach to get that perfect spot, because we have already reserved it for you! So sit back, relax, and enjoy every minute of your stay here at Splash 101E. Oh, and don't forget to tell your friends!
