Ocean Garden Villas A1 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with pool. Steps to sand!

Welcome to the Stay Salty Retreat! This Beachfront, first floor 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo is your home away from home, at the beach! Enjoy a sparkling pool with clear views of the ocean, beach access, updated kitchen, new refrigerator, dishwasher, very modern fireplace in living room and literally steps to the beach! Centrally located right in North Myrtle Beach but you would never know when you're in the condo itself. The ocean waves overpower the sounds of the city and is so quiet and peaceful.

Entry: 4 steps are required to reach condo, and you will check in with a smart keypad.

Parking: After you get settled, please hang the provided parking passes from your dashboard. Parking is private and right next to the condo, no running across the street to a parking garage!

Kitchen: Newly updated stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a coffee maker, utensils, plates, cups, wine glasses, and basic kitchen necessities.

First Bedroom: Queen bed with fireplace(must be turned on manually), smart Ruku TV and attached bathroom.

Second Bedroom: King bed with Google Onn smart TV and ocean views!

Living room: Plenty of sitting space with a beautiful, modern fireplace easily turned on with a remote. Smart Google Onn TV and best of all, clear ocean views! Perfect for catching up on your favorite movies and shows after a nice day at the beach or pool!

Balcony: Incredible views of the ocean, you will forget you’re in a busy city. Two high patio chairs and a table, for watching the sunset with your favorite drink!

Pool: Plenty of lounging chairs, and a sparkling shared pool with views of the ocean!

Beach: If you were any closer you would need a lifeguard! Condo has direct beach access and a shower for getting that pesky sand off!

Building: Lounge chairs and tables provided for guest use. Also a communal grille.

Cleaning: Condo is professionally cleaned after every guest. PLEASE NOTE: While I do not allow pets here at this time, service animals are always allowed so please keep this in mind if you have severe pet allergies.

Location: Cannot be beat. Within walking distance of several bars and restaurants(my favorite being Molly Darcy). Just a short drive away is Barefoot Landing (a beautiful complex with shopping, restaurants, bars, Dublin Winery, House of Blues and so much more). Barefoot Landing is over the water, and one of my favorite things to do is feed the fish. Fair warning, they like the food…..a lot. Go just a little further to Myrtle Beach and you will find the awesome Wonderworks Museum, the world famous Ripley’s Aquarium, Broadway at the Beach, Hollywood Wax Museum, endless Mini Golf options, Escape Rooms, and more bars and restaurants than Vegas(maybe?)

Feel free to bring your beach chairs, umbrellas and canopy’s! A couple beach towels are provided but feel free to bring more. The City of North Myrtle Beach offers chair and umbrella rentals if you do an online search for City of North Myrtle beach chair rentals. Two chairs and an umbrella are $195 for a week. They will set them up for you every morning.

Routine pest control comes the second Thursday of every month and the HOA requires entry to the unit. If no one is there at that time they may try to come back another time. We do our best but Palmetto bugs do make an appearance in the summer at times.

PLEASE NOTE: While I do not allow pets at my condo at this time, service dogs are always allowed so please keep this in mind if you have severe allergies.

2 parking spaces are included. Please hang the pass so it can be clearly seen. I unfortunately can’t be responsible if your vehicle is towed because a pass was not visible. The fee to replace a lost or damaged pass is $50. Per the HOA, please no motorcycles, golf carts, boats in the parking lot. They also do not allow grilling on the patio.

Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. Please always feel free to ask if early check in or late check out is available, and I would be happy to check with my housekeeper. If she is not able to accommodate that, please respect the check in and check out times. We want to ensure the condo is clean and ready for you!
If you violate the check-in or checkout policy a housekeeping charge will apply.
Refund policy: Refunds will not be given for any reason. As with any listing, certain things such as weather, amenities breaking inside the condo, property amenities including but not limited to pool, grille, parking lot, beach access, hallways, noise from other guests etc are unfortunately not in my control. If there is an issue or situation please let me know as soon as possible and I will do my absolute best to rectify it.
