We were not sure what to expect from the online description. All the sleeping accommodations being upstairs would be good to know. Kitchen and living room allowed us to have family over which was great. No laundry detergent was a surprise. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Nice stay

This property is very nice. We stayed in the A unit and is was a pictured. The inside was very clean and nice. The table outside didn't appear to be cleaned in a while and the chair cushions are worn. We scrubbed the table and enjoyed sitting outside. The grill was appreciated. The master bed was very comfortable but the double bed needs a topper or new mattress. It "rolls" you to middle of the bed. The kitchen was great. Very nice to have a washer and dryer available. It is in a nice hilly area of Austin very close to the airport and downtown. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again.

Great location, quiet eclectic neighbourhood, big back yard and close to everything we needed. The home was clean, main level was updated, kitchen was well stocked. Wifi was reliable.

It was clean, pleasant and convenient to south congress shopping and airport. The mattress on our bed was really comfortable. It had everything we needed.

Close to Downtown!

We had a great stay! Host was pleasant and easy to reach. Yard is huge, pet friendly and clean. Close to downtown and easy to find!

Great 2 month stay

Very convenient to downtown Austin and to the airport (if you have a car - not as good for walking except for around the neighborhood). The place is nicely laid out, comfortable and quiet. A very good experience thank you!

Great location to downtown

We had a blast hanging around Austin for the weekend. This place made a great home base. Only had issue with 2 things. The tubs in the bathroom were not scrubbed and had black stains. And the property owner did not communicate that there would be maintenance done during our stay. They were very nice but it would have been appreciated if he had let us know before hand. It was wierd pulling up to see two guys messing with the front door. Also the dishwasher ran once but we couldnt get it started for a second load. But it all worked out and overall they stay was nice.

What we needed!

Steve's place is lovely and well-located. The unit has all the basics one might need for a cozy and comfortable stay. Some amenities may be a little old, but everything is functional and effective.

Great Place to Relax

QUITE NEIGHBORHOOD. Felt safe very hilly close to Downtown. Steve the owner and his friend Mark were very helpful and answered all my questions. Bed and pillow were very comfortable. You get to park your car under a carport is really nice. Plenty of room for four people to hangout. The couch and chairs aren't very comfortable to sit on. But the couch is great for taking naps. I would definitely stay there again. The TV has you tube TV. Which is great for recording shows. Thank s Steve
