Great Cabin

Check in process was a breeze! Cabin was clean and very organized. I strongly recommend booking this cabin. We even received a complimentary snowboard rental.

Great Place!

This place was perfect for us! We had the best experience. The cabin was cozy and felt just like home. We were able to walk and explore the area plus a short drive to Snow Summit & Bear Mountain for snowboarding made it a favorite for our family. We will definitely keep this on our list for the next Big Bear trip. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Big bear getaway

Cozy Big Bear Cabin Get Away

Renting was easy communication by text and phone was very helpful. I was able to arrange late check out by text. We Celebrated my daughters 8th birthday taught her and cousins how to snowboard. House was located near ski slopes, stores and restaurants. Had an awesome time. Look forward to renting again when it's snowing.

Nice house, bad customer service and cleaning

I had to wait almost 30 minutes to receive the check-in confirmation. In the kitchen, the coffee maker was dirty. Also, there was bread full of mold in the kitchen cabinets... so disgusting. There was hair in the bathroom cabinets, spider webs, etc. I sent photos to the property manager... I never received an answer. Really bad customer service.

Enjoyable Stay

Overall great experience staying here. Quiet neighborhood, level parking, ease of access to Vons/ Stater Bros, shower pressure was insanely strong. The grill could use a good cleaning or replacement. It would be nice to have a larger couch in the living room to accomadate everyone comfortably. Cooking had all the necessary utensils. It snowed the day we drove up so it was nice to have the fireplace to stay cozy.

Property was great but check in process was not. Property was not ready for check in on time. Property needs more kitchen supplies including large pot for boiling pasta, etc and strainer / Calander. Accidentally left items at property and still have not received a response back or return of items more than one week later

Labor Day in Big Bear

We have stayed in Big Bear several times in various VRBOs, this is how this one compared for us: 1. This was the first property that we stayed in that used a property management company. Getting the keys elsewhere was a bit of a hassle & our property was “pending inspection” when we were suppose to be ready to check in. They seemed understaffed - going directly with the property owner is what we’ll do in the future. 2. The house lacked dishwashing pods, garbage bags and basic kitchen items such as a colander, a large pot and a large spoon or spatula. We bought garbage bags & dishwashing soap to leave the house in the condition that was expected upon check out. The propane tank was out on the fire pit - so no s’mores as planned. 3. There were no “extras” like olive oil, sharp knife etc. if local, buy or bring your own. 4. The house was clean & well laid out. It was centrally located on a quiet street. 5. Check in was at 4, check out at 10. Later and earlier on both ends than other properties. Felt really rushed after breakfast- 11, like other rentals, would have been better. We enjoyed our stay but will most likely be looking elsewhere next time we come to Big Bear.

Perfect Cabin - Great Accomodations

Loved our stay here. Big Bear is so beautiful - should have sent a poet to capture its true beauty in words. The leaves are changing beautiful colors, the air is crisp and clean, and the weather was simply perfect. My wife and I enjoyed every minute. Thanks for the great stay!

Great & Relaxing stay

This getaway is exactly what my wife and I needed. The cabin was beautiful, well maintained, and came with all the accommodations for a relaxing stay. We are avid hikers and recommend the Castle Rock Trail - beautiful view of the lake at the top (bring a bottle of wine!)

Beautiful Home with Lots of Character

We couldn't have asked for a better stay in Big Bear! The home was beautifully updated with lots of space. We loved the charming furnishings and decorations throughout the home. The location was perfect as we were close to the slopes and also shopping. The one downside is that we were not there long enough!!

There is No Street Parking Allowed in Big Bear- Make Every Attempt to Get Cars Off the Street for Snowplows. November thru April the law requires snow chains in your cars.

Pet Policy-Pet Friendly Homes Only-$40/Pet/Night
Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
