Charming and convenient

We loved staying in this comfortable, cozy condo for the second time. Everything you need for a great time in a well maintained complex is there. Beach supplies and bikes included. Nice, large pool, close to the beach, tennis courts, and walking distance to restaurants. We’ll be back.

What a view!

The condo is perfectly situated with easy access to Brandeton Beach & Ann Marie Island. The view from the condo is spectacular & the beach is right across the street. David has prepared & stocked the condo with all the necessities. He is quick to respond if needed ( even left codes, etc.).We had a wonderful time & know you will too. .

What an amazing get away!!!!!!!!!!!!

We so enjoyed our stay at David's condo at 380 Aruba Circle, Unit #303! The views of Anna Maria Island, Anna Maria Sound and the Tampa Bay are outstanding! The sunsets were truly amazing. The doors to the Lanai are a wall of glass that slide to on side so you can enjoy the water views inside and out! It is a fantastic complex with lovely amenities and a terrific location! The owner had bike's and electric bikes for our use and we loved riding them to the beach! The condo itself has lovely new furnishings and is well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. The owner was so helpful and made sure that we had a remarkable vacation! We will definitely be booking this gem again!!

Absolutley Wonderful!!

My wife and I have been vacationing on Anna Maria for 10 years and we finally found the perfect spot for us. What a great value. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. A short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shopping. We hope to be back soon and will stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time staying at this charming, clean condo! The location was ideal and everything was supplied for a comfortable stay and fun in the sun. Dave, the owner, was very conscientious and helpful. We loved the pool, small pier on the bay, and view of the pond. It is only a short walk across the street to the beach. The well maintained condo complex was a plus, also. We will be back!

Perfect Location and Beautiful condo!

This was our first time on Anna Maria Island, and we loved it! This condo is ideally located, with a simple, quick walk to the beach. The condo is well taken care of and stocked with everything you will need. The beach is beautiful! Being on the island is ideal and not like other beach locations that are surrounded by high-rises, etc. This is such a quaint area and close to great places to eat and numerous activities. David is a perfect host. He is very quick to respond to any questions you may have. We will be back!

Comfortable and convenient condo

Enjoyed this condo for 2+ weeks in Dec 2017. It's comfortable and well equipped and convenient to Publix grocery store which is a short drive away. Spectacular beach is just across the street and condo pool is excellent. Owner is very helpful and friendly. Anna Maria Island is a low key relaxing place, no high rises, with plenty of restaurants and bicycle paths. Plenty to do if you want to go farther afield and explore Sarrasota.

Anna Maria Island...It's a wonderful life.

Condo: Clean. Well equipped kitchen (in fact, requested a larger pan to saute fresh fish Was there next am.) Lovely open living space with balcony overlooking pond and fountain. Equiped wth beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, towels and more. Walk across street and there is the beautiful Gulf. We walked 5 minutes to Bridge Street and enjoyed many great meals, French crêpes for breakfast, burgers on the water, grouper tacos on the pier. Rented bikes. They deliver to condo. Cortez is an old fishing village across the causeway. Don't miss it. Also, some good shelling. The pool was 87 degrees when we left. Perfect !!! See you next October. I hope.

Can't Wait to Return!

Great location and a great condo. Walking distance to everything. Clean and convenient. The beach is right across the street. People are friendly and the environment is relaxed. Pool is top notch. Really had an awesome experience!

Great stay, perfectly stocked and decorated I give the owner 5 stars the place 5 stars and the staff at complex 2-3. However don't have to deal with them but once.

Just like home!

My husband and I rented this condo unit at Bradenton Beach last week and had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The owner, Dave, was easy to work with and responded quickly each and every time I had a question. Chocolates and wine were waiting for us upon our arrival. Such a nice touch! He recommended and gave us his "local" opinion of the restaurants in the area. He was spot on. We loved the Tide Tables on Cortez Rd in W. Bradenton and ate there a few times during our stay. You couldn't ask for fresher seafood and the people there were very friendly. The area was just beautiful and a perfect place to "recharge", Thank you Dave and Ann for being such nice hosts.

The owners, David and Ann, moved to Bradenton 2 years ago and bought this beach condo in 2017. We live 5 miles away and are available for any questions or problems. We have eaten at most of the restaurants in the area and are happy to provide our insights. If fishing, boating or golf interest you, we can provide assistance.

Location. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach or Palma Sola Bay. There are about a dozen restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk including the Bridge Street Pier. Runaway Bay is consistently voted among the best beach resorts on the island by the local press. Runaway Bay boasts the largest heated pool on the island with ample parking, a gym, shuffleboard, bocce , basketball and lighted tennis courts.

We purchased the property in 2017 so most everything is new. It is freshly painted and very clean.
