This stay was fabulous! The unit itself was cute, clean, and had everything we needed. The location could not have been better. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops in under 5 minutes. The property managers were extremely available, and communicated many times with us. I will definitely be back.

Great place and location

Listing was as advertised and nestled in a quiet area despite being two blocks over from Bridge Street. So many places to eat and drink close by with easy access to the beach via a 5-minute walk. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, easy stay

The process to check in was keyless and simple. The place was clean and within walking distance from great restaurants and bars. Parking was convenient. I would definitely stay again.

BEYOND AWESOME!

The unit was exactly as described, the communication with the owners was outstanding and the location was perfect. Close for walking to the beach and to the quaint downtown area. Highly recommend this place. Actually, we are looking at this place as an option for a spring 2024 trip we loved it that much.

Very nice stay! Everything you would need for your visit. Extremely clean and neat. The beds are comfortable and the linens are nice as well. Walkable to restaurants, pubs, beach and shops. The location and little neighborhood are both perfect. One block to the Bay to sit with morning coffee. Easy walk to beach for sunset. It has a cute pool and nice outdoor area with table and chairs. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it was clean and clear. Easy to communicate with owner/representative if needed. Will definitely return!

Bayview Inn was perfect for two!

My family has been coming to AMI for 40 years and recently sold our property on the north end of the island. My husband and I made the choice to stay closer to Bridge Street this visit and enjoyed it very much. Unit is ideal for two -- we loved the decor, as well as all of the location. Bayview Inn was clean and comfortable; the management company was a breeze to work with and stayed in great communication. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Great location

This was the perfect location! Easy walk to the beach and Bridge Street. Perfect size for my husband and I. Everything was as expected. You can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around. We did end up renting beach chairs and an umbrella as the umbrella there was broken. (The Lazy Turtle was 10/10 for rentals) Overall great trip and property.

Very nice vrbo

Great location. They thought of almost everything. Bathroom sink was severely plugged, but taken care of when we had the ele trical problem. Need dish rags for hand washing dishes. Decor was very nice. Cooling was perfect. Door lock is a pain in the ass.

Great place, location with ease of getting around. Quiet neighborhood. Would totally rent again. Only complaint cleaning service really needs to scrub the floors GOOD once in a while. I get sand is an issue but your feet shouldn't be black within in minutes of being there.
