Using simple filters, this property was pricier than many of the other listings in the general area. I justified the added expense by knowing I'd be getting a private pool but also 1) hoping to get a certain level of privacy, and 2) hoping to get away from it all. It was a hit on all levels. The pool was incredible. A comfortable 87 degrees in the morning to 90 degrees by late afternoon. Be aware that it's a level approximately 5 feet throughout. Also, there were plenty of things to see around the general area to keep me busy if I chose to leave the area.
The property's outdoor area was spacious and offered 5 different seating areas which could be alternated to get maximum shade from the sun. Privacy was excellent as it butted up to a golf course with a 4-5 foot wall and there was ample shrubbery to separate it from the neighbors on each side.
Note that the top level of the building is inaccessible as it appears to be the owners' space. No big deal as there was plenty of room on the main level.
My only minor suggestions (not complaints) are as follows:
First, an earlier commentator suggested some written instructions/suggestions. It was true that the app (once mastered) was relatively effective. Still, for those technologically challenged people, it's always nice to have things in writing. Secondly and somewhat related to first, the Yelp link from the app had the nearest restaurant at 2 miles from property. We found the amazing Chiringuito Sunset close to the recommended beach access. Great drinks, good vibe, and decent food from a limited menu. That is unless you order paella 24 hours ahead of time. The paella was delicious. Extraordinary that this place was not even mentioned by Yelp. Maybe because it's not a permanent establishment. It is visible if you increase Google map's field of view. The owners did suggest this place after I pre-ordered my paella after I e-mailed them about places to eat near apartment, which made me feel comfortable about my decision Also, I believe cable is solely in German. No big deal as I was not too interested in watching a lot of tv although I was surprised that there was no Spanish. Lastly, it would have been nice to have a broom with a handle. Super minor suggestions (not at all complaints) to what was otherwise a terrific trip.
