Located on a quiet bay, spend summer days swimming, kayaking, canoeing, or just lounging on the large dock. A brand new deck overlooks the water and wild flower garden, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal with family or friends. The screened gazebo provides shade during the day. Spend the morning watching the sunrise over the lake from the sunroom. The firepit is perfect on cooler summer nights and roasting marshmallows. In the evening or on a rainy day, head over to large games room above the garage. Play ping pong, do a puzzle, play board games or cards. The mini fridge provides easy access to all of your favourite beverages. High speed WiFi (Starklink) is available throughout the property.

The cottage is located high up on the property providing great views of the water and surrounding bay. The living room has ample space for the family to gather together. The kitchen is fully equipped to make meals with plenty of pots, pans, glassware, plates, bakeware and utensils as well as a barbecue on the deck. The cottage has a primary bedroom with a queen size bed, desk, and a deck. The two additional bedrooms each have a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and vanity and sink, as well as a towel warmer. There is also a bunkie with a queen size bed and private deck that has a beautiful view of the water.

The cottage is a short drive to nearby towns: Gravenhurst is approximately 20 minutes, Orillia, and Bracebridge are both a 30 minute drive. Gravenhurst, Orillia, and Bracebridge have activities to offer eg. summer music, markets and local artists. Groceries and restaurants are a quick drive away.

Additional information: Bedding, bath towels, beach towels, kitchen towels, and cloths for washing up are all supplied. Basic soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. Board games, puzzles, and books are also available. Parking for 4 vehicles.
