Enjoy one another's company while lounging in one of the two living rooms, complete with large smart TVs and board games. When you get hungry, the adjacent chef's kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and a sizable breakfast bar - highlighted by a dazzling backsplash.

The four bedrooms are curated for everyone's comfort with soft linens and mini split air-conditioning units. The littlest members of the family will adore the bunk room's fun hints of youthful charm! A private washer/dryer and internet access tie together the stellar interior perks.

When exploring Wilmington and beyond, be sure to check out the Haystack Golf Course, Hogback Mountain Conservation Area, Timber Creek Cross Country Ski, and Prospect Mountain Ski Area. Additional ski resorts like Stratton Mountain Resort, Berkshire East Mountain Resort, and Bromley Mountain Ski Resort are all within a 33-mile radius.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
