We are pleased to report that this unit has had a recent refresh with new quality carpet and baseboards, new dishwasher, fresh paint, bathroom updates, restock of kitchen goods, new lights, new end tables, regular deep cleaning, furniture cleaning, and many other details to make your future stay a comfortable one. We’re sorry your stay was less than ideal. We're glad you were still able to enjoy the beautiful ocean view, ideal location, and competitive pricing of this unit (there are few units in this area with this view that fits 6-8 guests at this price with 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa). We hope you were able to make use of the closet of beach supplies that may get disorganized from time to time as it can get quite full. Mahalo for choosing Hale Kamaole.

While all of our units do have ac in the bedrooms, not all have one in the living room. We will share your feedback with the owner. The lanai does have one of the best ocean views and is perfect for spotting whales during the right season and for sunsets all year round. We agree the location can't be beat.
