Welcome to Laketown Wharf 2111!

OCEAN VIEW - Unit 2111 offers unbeatable views, and the experience doesn’t get any better than from the top floor! Situated on the 21st floor, enjoy sweeping panoramas of the ocean`s stunning emerald waters and pristine beach from the expansive balcony, the primary bedroom, and the living area. You can even take in the view while savoring a fresh seafood meal at the dining table.

This generous 1,262 sq ft condo features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bunk nook, and a sleeper sofa for added convenience.

As a guest of Laketown Wharf Resort, you`ll have access to a wide range of amazing amenities, including five pools, a fitness center, a beautiful lakefront boardwalk, and convenient on-site restaurants. With its prime location, stunning views, and luxurious resort amenities, Laketown Wharf provides the ultimate vacation experience for all your family and friends!

SMART LOCK

Laketown Wharf Resort

- There is a $105 one-time resort fee that includes 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands. This fee is not included in the booking payment and is for your entire stay, not per person. A link will be provided, upon booking, for you to pay this fee directly to Laketown Wharf. Individuals 12+ years old are required to wear a wristband. Parking passes need to be printed prior to your arrival. Wristbands are in the condo upon your arrival. A $50 charge will be assessed for each missing or broken wristband upon checkout.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, etc. are managed by Laketown Wharf Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
- Minimum Age to Book: 21
- No pets, smoking/vaping, parties, events or unauthorized guests are allowed.
- No scooters, golf carts, trailers, RV’s, camper’s or buses are permitted onsite.
- Wristbands must be worn at all times when onsite and left in the condo upon checkout. Fees will apply for any missing or broken wristbands.
- Parking passes must be displayed at all times when onsite.
- Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.
- Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am.

Would recommend but

Very nice, very clean. Good location and great restaurants on the ground level!!! It was a little too busy for my tastes. Take account for the wait time for the elevators. I wish it was a little more stocked. It would be nice if there was spices at least. It has dishes and pans. They only gave us 4 rolls of toilet paper for a house of 6 so we had to buy our own. Walmart is very close to pick up stuff. A full body mirror would be awesome. Gorgeous views! It was really cool to see storms come in off the ocean. They have 2 pools and hot tubs and a cross the street a private beach access. Lots of stuff within walking distance . Overall we really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo!

Nice property and location

Overall, my family and I had a great stay. The property was well maintained, and it is in a great location. The unit that we rented was very nice and clean. The property was clean and there is a lot to experience on the property itself. There are several pools on the property that stay open late. There are also several restaurants on the ground level. It is pretty busy on the property, during the day, but it is very quiet at night. There is private access to the beach, which was convenient. We did have an issue the toilet, but I call the property office, and they were prompt in having maintenance correct the problem that same day. The only reason that I gave 4 stars, and not 5, was the because of the elevators. I had no problems with the condo itself, but the elevators do contribute to the overall experience. They would go out of service on a daily basis. We would walk to the opposite side of the property to also see elevators out of service there too. There were constantly large groups of people waiting on a single elevator, because the other was out of service. This meant that we waited 20-30 minutes at times for an elevator. I am not someone who minds taking the stairs, but when your condo is on the 21st floor, and you have small kids and their grandmother trying to keep up, it matters a lot. We still had a great stay. This is somewhere that I would definitely stay again. I just hope the elevator experience might be better in the future.
