Ideal for families, it features a main house with three bedrooms and two baths, plus an attached in-law suite with one bedroom, a loft, and two baths. The Space:
Escape to this spacious retreat in Buzzards Bay with stunning Buttermilk Bay views. Ideal for families, it features a main house (3BR, 2BA) and an attached in-law suite (1BR + loft, 2BA)
Each of the four bedrooms has a queen-size bed, while the loft features a king-size bed. Additionally, there are two queen-size pull-out couches, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate ten guests in bedrooms and four on the pull-out couches.

The home includes three full baths and two half baths. In the main house, there are two full baths on the second floor, one of which has a tub, and a half bath on the first floor. In the apartment, both the full bath and half bath are located on the first floor. Both the main house and the apartment each have a bedroom with an en suite bath.
The main house features a newly updated, modern kitchen with a brand-new gas stove, two ovens, a microwave, a full-size refrigerator, a wine cooler, and a drink fridge. There are two dining tables that each seat four, as well as bar seating for two at the kitchen counter. The apartment also has its own fully equipped kitchen, which includes bar seating for three. Both kitchens have coffee makers that require ground coffee.
The living areas in both the main house and the apartment each feature two couches, a rug, and a TV with cable for entertainment. The secluded backyard offers breathtaking bay views, an expansive patio with plenty of seating, and a fire pit for cool evenings.
Located just a five-minute walk from Electric Beach, this home provides easy access to a large boat ramp and the ability to kayak directly from the backyard. It is also just a five-minute drive to the Bourne Canal Bike and Walk Path, which offers scenic views along the canal and the ocean. The area has a variety of waterfront restaurants and offers convenient access to Cape Cod’s charming towns, as well as ferry service to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket, all without having to fight bridge traffic.
Perfect for two families, this home offers both shared and private spaces, with an apartment that is accessible from both the inside and outside. A dedicated office space provides a quiet area for those who need to work remotely. Additional amenities include two laundry areas, one in the main house and one in the apartment, a fenced yard, and a gas grill.

-The main entrance has four steps, while the apartment entrance has two steps. The second-floor bedrooms in the main house are accessed via approximately twelve steps.
Guest Access:
The house is equipped with an electronic lock for convenience and security. The access code will be provided when the check-in directions are sent, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free arrival.
The Neighborhood:
The location of the home is ideal. Less than 10 minute walk to beach (Hen Cove), less than 10 minute drive to the Lobster Cove, .5 miles to the World Famous Chart Room, and the house backs up to to a golf course.

Dogs must be at least one year old, sorry no puppies! No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart. Pets: Damage caused by pets is not covered by the accidental damage waiver.
