Kozy Kove is a stunning lakefront retreat on the northeast shore of Cayuga Lake. This property includes two homes, the "Lake House" and the "Land House," providing ample space for the whole family. Both homes offer all the comforts of home with breathtaking lake views. Start your day with coffee on the deck, relax by the seasonal dock in the afternoon, and unwind around the fire pit or in the hot tub in the evening. Perfectly situated for exploring the Cayuga Wine Trail or birdwatching at the Montezuma Wildlife Refuge.
