Bring the whole family to our renovated 4BR San Diego retreat featuring a private putting green, game room, fire pit, BBQ and multiple outdoor spaces to relax and play.

Tucked in a quiet, centrally located neighborhood, you'll be about 15 minutes from the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, SeaWorld, beaches, downtown and Snapdragon Stadium. Inside, enjoy 2 king bedrooms, central A/C plus dedicated living-room cooling, fast Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen.

The place was exactly what we needed for the amount of family we had on our trip. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, the whole place was very clean, and the amount of games was a plus. The host was excellent in communication and always responded very quickly. No complaints and would highly recommend

We loved the house- it was the perfect space when we stayed there for a family wedding. My kids (and the adults) loved the arcade games and the putting green! Would definitely stay again!

Great location if you plan to have a rental car. Very quiet neighborhood with easy access to highway. Great for families of any age. We had two of our sons 19 and 22 years old 6’4” and 6’2”. Beds and bathrooms accommodated them well. Great activities on site, putting green, fire pit, video games. Everything had great instruction and high quality. Very comfortable for our group of 4 but would be great for two families with young kids too. The host Eric was quick to respond and very nice. He put together a great book with great instructions on using all the appliances plus insight on the area. His recommendations were great!The house was immaculate. I give it 5 stars!

San Diego Trip

We stayed at this beautiful modern home for x3 nights for my birthday weekend to go to Sea World and the beach. My husband and I plus our Adult Son, daughter in law 7mo old grandson plus 3 daughters 19yr, 17yr, 14yr old all stayed. The house a decent size for the area i know San Diego is pricey. Small bathrooms and bedrooms but the living room and kitchen were big and open. Kitchen was nicely stocked with plates, utensils, ziplocks. The refrigerator doesn't make ice. I didn't cook so not sure about the pots and pans. My husband and son took advantage of the fun backyard. The only negative i had about the house but is purely my opinion is it's not a very comfy family home, definitely more on the modern fancy side. The couch and dinning room table were nice but uncomfortable to sit on. Didn't feel like we could relax, and everyone's beds were really firm again not a bad thing for some but i slept horribly each night without having some kind of mattress topper having a bad back.

The host was very welcoming and had a binder on how to use / find stuff around the house. Loved all of the cooking utensils that was in the kitchen. Ended up using a lot of it to cook for the family.

I am a San Diego native. My family and I use this home when we visit friends and family still in the area. We are happy to share it with others when not in use. We take pride it keeping our home exceptionally clean and cozy. This is the only property I manage so it gets my full attention.

Our neighborhood is quiet with welcoming neighbors and a great sense of community. Its also very safe which is our top priority since we have young children, and 10-15 minutes from many attractions

Our home is central to all the top attractions and in a quiet, safe, and welcoming neighborhood which is difficult to find. Downtown, zoo, beaches, sea world, shopping are all 10-15 minutes away and Legoland and the Safari Park are a short 30 min drive. We also recently renovated the interior of the home and designed a backyard specifically for family fun and entertaining.
