Fabulous studio in a great location. The rental was ready on time, extremely clean and had everything we needed including coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, pots and pans.The location was perfect for strolling downtown or walking to the Lake Michigan beach. The owners were very responsive and check in was a breeze. I highly recommend this studio.

Great location! The unit appeared to be clean but has a peculiar odor of gym shoes or dog. Pictures on the website were spot on. Nice and comfortable minus the smell.

East Street!

Could walk to all restaurants and shops. Sat on a swing at Municipal boat dock and watched all boats and also people walking the path along Betsie LakeSat on benches at the public Beach, just watching boats and families enjoy the sunshine. Thanks for a peaceful, mid-week break.

Great little spot in Frankfort

Lovely apt with everything you need. And loved the little sitting area outside for am coffee or evening cocktail Walk to Frankfort beach and shops on Main Street. Betsie park and marina across the street. Short drive to lots of other spotsI would just say that though the ad says sleeps 4, I think the fold out futon would be tight for two people unless they were young children,Only big enough for 1 teen or adultHosts very easy to communicate with

This is a clean, well-stocked, modern, and well-located property. We were super happy with the three-night stay for our anniversary. The only thing that didn't work for us was that we could never figure out how to get the gas pit to work. We concluded that it was probably due to low gas tank. But it was not important so we didn't bother our hostess who was very responsive and kind to us. We give this property a perfect score and highly recommend it to future visitors. -- Cindy

Quiet, comfortable, well-appointed studio in a great location. A nice park and Betsie Bay just across the street.EV owners will find a public charger just a block over at the marina an easy walk along the waterfront.Cons: No cable or local channels. Minimal issue, just caused some confusion with remotes.All polyester sheets not as comfy.
