THINGS TO NOTE:
Shore 2 Residences is not a hotel, but rather a private complex. If you require maintenance, please contact us directly—Shore 2 Residences and the Property Management Office (PMO) are not involved in negotiations involving authorized guests.

For the benefit of owners and inhabitants, the property complies with established House Rules and Regulations. These guidelines must be strictly followed by all unit guests and visitors.

Visitors and guests are expected to follow the individual House Rules and Regulations about their accommodation.

Any offences of the House Rules & Regulations made by guests or visitors are subject to the property's approved "Penalty Matrix for Violations," with guests ultimately accountable for any violations.

Respect the unit's maximum occupancy limit, which includes newborns and children. Please provide the correct number of visitors when making a reservation. Any unannounced guests will be charged an extra cost.

It is prohibited to utilize laundry drying equipment or clotheslines visible from the property's exterior space.

No cots or extra beds are available.

Pets are prohibited on the property.

No smoking is allowed inside the property.

Parties/events are not allowed.

On normal days, guests may use the swimming pool/s for PHP 150/guest/day (VAT Inclusive) and on holidays, for PHP 300/guest/day (VAT Inclusive). This fee is due prior to using the facility. Travellers who intend to get pool vouchers for holiday or weekend use must notify us in advance.

All registered guests must provide copies of their IDs when booking the property so that we can attach them to the authorization letter.
