Communication was very friendly and responsive, and the location, which is right next to a groomed trail, made for endless fun sledding and romping around in the snow. We will definitely be back.

Summer cabin getaway

The home is lovely, will equipped and very comfortable! We had a blast in the game room and enjoyed the beautiful view sitting on the deck. The community pool was very nice too!

Beautiful home! The home was spottlessly clean when we arrived. Our kids stayed upstairs and we stayed in the master suite which is downstairs. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, including with a nice coffee maker and all supplies other than the coffee itself. Outstanding large-capacity laundry. We appreciated that some dishwasher pods and laundry detergent were already at the house. The deck was lovely and quiet, and the hot tub easy to use. We made friends with "Edwin" the friendly squirrel. The area is gorgeous, we took some simply breathtaking hikes. A favorite was Rachel and Rampart Lakes. No complaints at all- we had a single issue of a smoke detector that started beeping (low batt) and they fixed it almost immediately. Communications with the manager team were frequent and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding stay in the Cle Elum area

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful, modern, upscale, expansive home. We traveled as a couple with three adult children. The place is beautiful with a great territorial view, hiking trails nearby, a seasonal community pool and more. The kitchen was well equipped and we definitely used it. As semi-frequent visitors to the area it was nice to try a new region - close enough to Suncadia and Roslyn to enjoy those place, but not in the thick of it. Plan on about a 15 minute drive to groceries and the heart of Cle Elum. But you won't want to drive much because the home is so lovely. We spent a lot of time on the deck. Communication with the property management was very good, although a search for pool towels and getting us some was never resolved, but that was a small thing. You have a real person to connect with if you need. Highly satisfied with this rental and would certainly return again.

Absolutely stunning views from every window. Loved the walking trails, and the hot tub was perfect. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. We loved the floor plan, the big screen tvs, all the kitchen appliances, the Xbox. We noticed a lot of dog hair on the main floor which we went ahead and vacuumed up. The couch was covered in dog hair as well, although the property explicitly says no dogs on furniture. We spent several hours cleaning. We understand the property is dog friendly, but when we found lots of dog and human hair on the bed, inside the duvet and sheets that was a bit much. We contacted the rental company and were advised to replace the sheets with the spare ones, but we found many of those to be soiled as well. We ran a few loads of sheets, but after nearly a full day of cleaning, we decided to end our trip early. The overall home is amazing, I assume this is just a housekeeping issue, and truly hope it’s resolved for future guests as it’s a place you don’t want to miss.
