Loved the carriage house, decor is adorable, full kitchen complete with spices. Coffee was great, perfect location, host is outstanding!

Just Fantastic

I stayed here for 2 weeks while my daughter finished her semester. Location was perfect, apartment is really cute and comfy, price was excellent! Best stay in Manhattan!

Wonderful!

Great property for 3 night stay near campus. Nice neighborhood and city park. Close to Aggieville. Home is nicely decorated and comfortable. Beds are comfy. Owners are kind and helpful.

We stayed in the carriage house as part of a larger group staying in the main house too. Both spaces are very well stocked, clean and comfortable. We walked to campus and Aggieville easily and the kids enjoyed playing in the park right across the street. Highly recommend the home and we're all looking forward to our next opportunity to stay here! Communication with Anne was pleasant and timely.

Hi! My husband and I are both Kstate graduates and our family are huge Wildcat fans! We knew going to school here, we evenutally wanted to own a home in Manhattan and dreamed of it being on 14th Street! We are so happy we can share that with you, and our hope is that you love it as much as we do.

This house is in the heart of Manhattan. The location is prime for all types of visits. Sports, school,work, entertainment, relaxation. You cannot ask for a better location. Walkable and very central.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Welcome to the historic Carl Butler Carriage House at City Park! During your stay, your group will enjoy easy access to everything in town from this home on one of Manhattan's most exclusive streets. Walk a block to Aggieville, KSU and downtown to enjoy great coffee shops, restaurants, bars and lots of shopping. In the warmer weather months you can enjoy the water park, pickleball, volleyball, and concerts in City Park, right out your front door. During football season and cooler months, enjoy gathering with your friends and family by the fire on the back patio. Big group wanting to all be together, book the big house separately, it sleeps 10 it is a great old house, that's easy to entertain and relax in. The large rooms make it easy to have a blow up mattress or pack and play (both are provided) for additional sleepers. Either way you will love the charm and comfort of this great carriage house, that's in the best spot in town.
