Safe, walkable neighborhood just minutes from downtown Roanoke, Grandin Village, hiking trails, Blueridge Mountain Parkway, Salem, Vinton, airport, hospitals. Enjoy this vibrant, charming neighborhood while being steps away from the city and endless outdoor activities.
The space:
Studio apartment with parking outside your private entry. The 650 sq space is open floor plan with a spacious living area and dining/kitchen area. Retire in the cozy bedroom nook to recharge. Lots of storage. Laundry room (located in a separate part of the rental) is shared with the host.

I love meeting people from all walks of life and take pride in offering a place they can feel right at home during their visit!

Grandin Village is one of the most popular neighborhoods in the area due to it's charm and proximity to everything Roanoke has to offer. We often joke that we are 7 minutes to everything (or under)! Young professionals and families fill the main streets with local shops, eateries, the oldest theater (Grandin Theater) in this region, wine bars, weekly farmers market.

The property sits on a large lot with beautiful landscaping. A spacious front porch is included, perfect for morning coffee watching the sun rise or late afternoon cocktails after a long day. The host lives in the main home but you will rarely see her because of how its laid out. Separate private entry offering a quiet, safe home away from home during your visit.
