Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home excluding the garage and community amenities. Please note, the garage is not for guest use.
There is no street parking available, as parking violations/tickets are strictly enforced. There is space for 3 cars in the driveway, and additional parking is available in the clubhouse parking lot.

Carmel Valley is a picturesque coastal community in San Diego, perfect for vacationers seeking a blend of relaxation and adventure. Its proximity to attractions like Del Mar, Torrey Pines, and downtown San Diego makes it a central hub for exploring Southern California while enjoying a peaceful, luxurious retreat.

Getting Around:
Getting around Del Mar and Carmel Valley is best with a car. We recommend using Uber/Lyft to get around. Whether you're heading to the beach, exploring the shops and restaurants in Del Mar, or visiting nearby attractions like Torrey Pines, an Uber or Lyft ride is just a few taps away. These rideshare options offer an stress-free way to navigate the neighborhoods without worrying about parking, making it ideal for vacationers who want to enjoy the area’s scenic beauty and attractions without the hassle of driving.

Other Things to Note:
We require all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.

HOUSE RULES: * No smoking inside unit ($600 minimum additional odor removal fee) * Backyard hours are 8 AM - 10 PM (to be courteous to the neighbors and abide by the San Diego City Noise Ordinance) * Clean lint trap before using dryer * Clean makeup off face before using towels * Nothing besides toilet paper flushed down toilet * If you cook, you must reasonably clean kitchen before you leave ($35 service fee) * 3 Additional Daytime Guests are allowed to visit, but they must leave by 10pm. ($100 penalty/additional person per night if there are more than 3 or they stay past 10PM) * Please note, 1 small dog is allowed. There is a $125 fee per pet.
