The unit is accurately described. It’s a very nice location and central to many of best attractions in the area. We enjoyed our stay here. It’s set up well for large families with teenagers and younger children as well. We had three generations here and every had “ their” place!

The house is beautiful, laid out well for a large family, with plenty of room. The back yard and pool and spa were the highlight. The front deck view was awesome. The view gives you the ocean, downtown, plus the busy transit hub of the city, trains, planes and automobiles, it is mesmerizing: all with a wonderful fire pit glowing. I loved all the labels and the organization, especially the kitchen, making everything easy to find. The kids enjoyed the game room and the beach equipment, especially the surf boards. Overall, a great house to enjoy a vacation getaway.

Great property with a View

The description of this property is spot on! It has all the amenities of home. It is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The location is convenient to many of the end attractions in San Diego. I highly recommend this property to families.

Amazing stay

This place is AMAZING!. The location is great, everywhere we wanted to go was 30 minutes or less. We really hated to leave, and if we are ever back.. we will. You will LOVE this property

Great place to stay

Love the accommodations. Highly recommend. While the noise from the street and airport is noticeable, the white noise machines and provided fans are very helpful. Working the hot tub does take a little practice, and the only thing we would have wished for was an included thermometer to monitor the temperature in both the pool and hot tub.

Fabulous vacation rental perfectly located

This house was so perfect in every way. Beautiful quiet backyard with pool and hot tub. So close to the airport and little Italy and the gas lamp quarter. Cute business district in the neighborhood about 1 mile walk. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. We did not have a single complaint. Would 100% rent again.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful time at the home! The kids loved all the games and swimming! There is an extra fee to heat the pool and spa but it would have been too cold without it so I recommend opting for that in your stay. Plenty of space for 5 adults and four kids! The best part is the view and watching all the planes take off the kids loved that and the noise from the airport was very tolerable

Central location and amazing house

This house is beautiful! Centrally located to San Diego CBD and an easy drive on the freeway to places we wanted to visit. The house is thoughtfully presented with everything we needed. It is a little noisy with the airport nearby but we expected this. The pool and spa were a hit with the kids so we're thankful we chose heating to get the full use of these facilities. Highly recommend and would come back in a heart beat if we lived closer!

Wonderful Home for Families

This home is beautiful. We especially loved the outdoor spaces, pool, hot tub, and the three boys all loved watching the planes take off and land. It's in a ideal location and the home was equipped with everything needed for a fantastic holiday. The coffee, champagne and welcome greeting were very much appreciated. The washer and dryer were on the fritz-but who wants to do laundry on vacation? Right? Would love to visit again soon.

Gorgeous view but very loud

My family of 7 stayed here for a week over Christmas. The home had plenty of space for all of us with the additional apartment, and the spa was perfect. We loved the view and how easy it was to get places. Our only complaint was that it is very loud starting at 6:30am when planes are allowed to start taking off across the street. There is also a train that runs all night blowing it’s horn so sleeping was a challenge, even with the provided noise machines.

Well Equipped Rental Home

The home had everything we needed for our week getaway. Very nice kitchen/cookware (plus the grill outside), outdoor fire pit with great views, extra sheets, towels, etc., washer/dryer, and plenty of games for all ages. There are a few areas that could use some "refreshing" mainly the second bathroom where the door didn't lock and the master bathroom as the water pressure was lackluster and the rainshower feature aimlessly shot water. The neighbors will start complaining about any sort of noise even before the 10pm curfew, so be prepared for that. The hosts were very responsive and we appreciated their hospitality. Mahalo.

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. The attention to detail throughout the home was truly exceptional. We've stayed in many VRBO properties over the years, but this one felt like a genuine step above the rest.The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with every utensil and appliance we could have needed, and then some. The indoor and outdoor living spaces were thoughtfully designed, with comfortable seating throughout and a great grill for family meals. The furnishings were high quality, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Even small touches, like the sound machines in the bedrooms, made a noticeable difference.The home was clearly designed with families in mind. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, gathering on the comfortable sofas, and spending evenings on the front balcony watching the sunset and the planes take off in the distance. Our family also loved the variety of indoor and outdoor games, which kept everyone entertained.The separate apartment was an added bonus, providing privacy and extra space for our adult child. The location was ideal, offering easy access to both the city and the beaches, making it simple to enjoy the best of San Diego.

Family retrear

Property was fantastic & well appointed ! Had a terrific stay. Good location with remarkable views. Backyard was an urban oasis, especially enjoyed the spa as the weather was cool during our stay. Would stay at this property again.

BOOK NOW before I book again!! This is where you want to stay

This place has all the bells and whistles! Everything was amazing. Beds comfy. Place is clean! No noise from neighbors. Pool was perfect! We were a large family and everyone slept and ate comfortably. Layout of this home if perfect. Bathrooms were perfect. Communication with property was 100%. They communicated before, during and after. Very accommodating. Book before I book again...lol. Don't second guess this place its worth it!

Perfect stay

This rental house is worth every penny and has everything you need. Pool area is very private and serene. The balcony is so nice with great views! Bedrooms were all very comfortable and clean modern bathrooms. Loved the key codes for the doors! This made it easy for our group that went in and out at different times. Convenient to the airport as well! I only really heard the planes twice, not as bad as I expected. Overall great stay and would highly recommend!
