The heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, flowing into a bright breakfast nook. Enjoy meals together in the formal dining area or unwind in one of two separate living rooms, each furnished for comfort and complete with a flat-screen TV.

Your private, screened-in lanai is an oasis of relaxation. Take a dip in the sparkling pool, soak in the attached spa, or lounge in the sun with peaceful views of the water just beyond the lawn. It's the ideal spot for creating lasting memories.

### Guest Access

### Getting Around

A personal vehicle is the best way to explore the Orlando area and its many attractions. The property provides ample parking.

### House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we have a few simple rules:

* Check-in: 4:00 PM
* Check-out: 10:00 AM
* Minimum Age: At least one guest in the booking party must be 21 years of age or older.

### Important Information

To enhance your stay, we offer several optional services. Please note these items are not included in the nightly rate and must be requested in advance.

* **Pool & Spa Heat:** This can be added for an additional $30 per night for the entire duration of your stay. Please request this service at least 2 days before your check-in date. The spa is heated to the same temperature as the pool and is not a hot tub.
* **Barbecue Grill:** A grill, including a propane tank and final cleaning, is available for a flat fee of $65 per stay. This must be requested before your check-in.
* **Family Amenities:** A Pack 'n Play is available upon request. For other items like high chairs, please contact us about our concierge rental services.
* **Deliveries & Services:** Please contact us directly for instructions regarding package deliveries. We can also assist with concierge services, including Disney park tickets, grocery shopping, and more.܏
