With its prime location near Cotton Bayou Public Beach, guests can enjoy easy access to the beach and stunning views of the Gulf. Walking distance to the popular restaurant Coastal, Walgreen's and so much more! This first-floor vacation rental boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with contemporary appliances and a breakfast bar, a sunny living area with a wall-mounted, cable-equipped TV, and a furnished balcony with partial Gulf views. Modern in-home essentials include central AC, free Wi-Fi, and a private washer/dryer.
The on-site amenities like the outdoor pool, grill area, and fitness room add extra value for guests looking to relax and stay active. The scenic bike path behind the condo is also a nice touch for those who enjoy exploring the area on two wheels.
Parking is paid to building management online, each pass is $50
Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am
