Located on the 1st floor, Sugar Beach 160 provides easy access to the Gulf, allowing you to enjoy the pool or the beach just steps away. This updated condo with granite countertops and tile floors throughout. Inside, you'll find a spacious living area with a King-sized bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep after a long day of enjoying the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops, has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Whether it's a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner after a day at the beach, this kitchen has all the essentials. Additionally, the condo features a full-sized washer and dryer, allowing you to conveniently keep your beachwear clean and fresh throughout your vacation. Each reservation includes one parking pass good for the duration of your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailers can be parked at Sugar Beach.

Cozy Studio

This unit is a small studio with a side view of the Gulf from the balcony. It was spotless clean. It has a full bath, full kitchen, stacked small washer-dryer, king bed and a futon. Perfect for a couple or couple with one or two small children who want something bigger than a hotel room. The complex has two elevators and plenty of luggage carts, three swimming pools, a boardwalk with a ramp (no stairs) going out onto the beach. It is located on the Gulf on Beach Blvd. on the west side of Orange Beach. Close to groceries and restaurants. There is adequate covered parking and a 24 hour security guard. The "Sugar Shack" has small eats and drinks close to the pool and beach entrance. There is also a small ice and water vending machine.

Quick trip

It was a very clean room. The room was just enough space for the three of us and had everything we needed. We absolutely loved how clean the room was and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. We loved the snack shake beware it only takes cash.
