This beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort and style. The open living room features a cozy fireplace and leads to an attached balcony, while the modern kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. One of the additional bedrooms also includes a TV and an attached bathroom, while the third bedroom offers a queen-size bed, private balcony, spacious closet, and access to a bathroom in the living room.
Step outside to the lush shared backyard, complete with a 7-person jacuzzi, outdoor dining area, and firepit—ideal for both relaxation and entertaining. The property also includes 2 parking spaces

This property is located in the heart of Point Loma, which places it within the flight path. As a result, you may hear airplane noise between 6:30 AM and 11:30 PM when outside the property. However, when indoors with the doors closed, the noise is generally not noticeable. If you’re sensitive to noise and prefer to keep windows open, this may not be the ideal location for you
