This beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort and style. The open living room features a cozy fireplace and leads to an attached balcony, while the modern kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. One of the additional bedrooms also includes a TV and an attached bathroom, while the third bedroom offers a queen-size bed, private balcony, spacious closet, and access to a bathroom in the living room.
Step outside to the lush shared backyard, complete with a 7-person jacuzzi, outdoor dining area, and firepit—ideal for both relaxation and entertaining. The property also includes 2 parking spaces

Beyond the natural beauty, Point Loma has a charming, tight-knit community feel, with fantastic local seafood spots, vibrant marinas, and unique shops along the waterfront. It’s the perfect blend of coastal relaxation and urban convenience, making it one of my favorite corners of San Diego. 🌊🌅
