Step into the lush SHARED backyard featuring a 7-person jacuzzi, outdoor dining area, and firepit—perfect for both unwinding and hosting small gatherings. The unit also includes two dedicated parking spaces for added convenience.

There is a set of stairs leading up to the entrance of the unit.

This property is located in the heart of Point Loma, within the airport flight path. You may hear airplane noise between 6:30 AM and 11:30 PM while outdoors. Indoors, with doors and windows closed, the noise is generally minimal. If you’re sensitive to noise and prefer to keep windows open, this may not be the ideal fit for you.

Beyond the natural beauty, Point Loma has a charming, tight-knit community feel, with fantastic local seafood spots, vibrant marinas, and unique shops along the waterfront. It’s the perfect blend of coastal relaxation and urban convenience, making it one of my favorite corners of San Diego. 🌊🌅
