Très beau condo .. très bien situé.. belle piscine toujours propre et chaude …

J’ai adoré mon séjour au Golden Bay … le condo était très bien .. très spacieux et très belle vue .. en plus de super beaux couchés de soleil… Piscine très belle et beau coin BBQ … beaucoup de restos et magasins à proximité de marche .. et près de la mer … je le conseil … à retourner..

Waking distance to the beach (very pleasant walking path), stores, restaurants. The unit stocked with kitchen supplies (I only bought plastic cups to reduce dish washing). We bought our laundry supplies and used laundry machine. There is a pleasant pool area outside. Thank you for hosting us!

Great location and ideal for a family

The location of this property was great - close to the beach, grocery store, and other stores and restaurants. Safety was clearly a priority and our family felt very comfortable here. The space was nice and clean. Great kitchen and living quarters, but the bathrooms would benefit from a renovation at some point. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this property to others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at the rental for a week with my wife and 2 teenagers. The location is 5 stars. Walking distance to several restaurants, a grocery store, and the beach. Only complaint would be the condo itself. One of the kids bed was so bad, they slept on the sofa all week (sofa had a pull-out bed). We were told that the condo had a beach umbrella and beach chairs which was true. I had to purchase a $9 sand screw for the umbrella (not a big deal) and the chairs were very "used". Bathrooms could use some updates. Overall, great rental for the price and the location is 5 stars.

Our family made great memories here and plan to return. I also want to give a shout out to our property manager, Alfonso! He was sooooo helpful - even taking us to the rental car place to pick up a car we decided on last minute. He too, was very responsive to every text and question we had.

It was spotless, perfect morning yoga on the balcony for us and a short walk to the beach (it included beach chairs!). We will definitely return especially because it was so easy to park, sleep and be at the beach when we wanted to.

Good, waterfront location - close to shopping

The condo unit met our needs. Kitchen could definitely use an upgrade. The appliances are serviceable but that’s about it. Bedrooms are comfortable and living room is spacious. It’s pleasant to sit i the balcony enjoying the view of the waterway at the end of the day. The rental agent was extremely responsive. The one issue we had with an appliance was resolved immediately. He also made check-in and check-out simple.

Well situated for our purposes, it was near my wife's family, with a splendid view of the intercoastal waterway.10-15 minute walk to the beach and a local supermarket.With occassional visits from a small pod of dolphins. There were a few minor issues, broken bedroom blind, cracked plastic dining room chairs but AYP responded promptly to our requests for repairs to the blind and replaced all the dining room chairs. All AYP staff were polite and responsive. Valentin in particular was always helpful.The apartment block itself is well maintained. Would stay again if need arose.

Muy buen departamento, muy buena atencion de AYP

Nos quedamos sorprendidos de lo buenos que estan los departamentos, al toque de la playa, te dan reposeras y sombrillas, los departamentos muy bien amueblados y muy bien equipados, impecables, las toallas, sabanas, todo muy bien, estuvimos en un departamento del 3er piso que tiene una terraza gigante con vista a la bahia que para tomarse unos tragos a la noche es espectacular. El edificio tiene pileta, y un quincho con parrilla que te haces unas hamburguesas mientras te metes en la pileta. DE PRIMERA. La gente de AYP Rentals tiene todo muy claro, se nota que saben lo que hacen, te tratan muy bien y te ayudan en todo lo que necesitas. Muchas gracias por todo.-
