We did not get this unit to stay in
I contacted the property one week before check-in (I had a couple questions) and was told that the vrbo never notified strawberry Park that we made a reservation. After numerous phone calls the office did get me set up with my reservation. The VRBO listing States check-in is from 4:00 to 9:00 we arrived at 5:30 on a Wednesday and the office was closed. An employee helped direct us however the camper we were put in was not the one listed at all and was much older and rundown but it seemed clean and we were just excited to started our vacation. We checked in the next morning after the office opened I didn't tell them it was not the unit we reserved bc after being there for over 16 hrs we didn't want to pack up and move all our stuff. On our last night there we found a cockroach in the camper it is a campground so I'm praying it was only one and we are not bringing them home with us and the toilet over flowed and would not flush we called the office at 11:20 p.m. and the gentleman that answered said someone would be right out I waited an hour and called back at 12:20 and was told they'll be out to you as soon as possible I waited another hour and fell asleep because it was 1:30 in the morning by this time maintenance showed up around 8:30 a.m. and fix the toilet I wish they would have just told me they would come in the morning so I could have gotten sleep. Other than this the park is beautiful and we had an amazing time the employees we great (not enough room for full review)
