Waterfront 3-bedroom house less an 1 mile to Foxwoods and Great Wolf Lodge

Set on 3 acres, our 3-bedroom waterfront house is as close as you can get to Foxwoods Casino and Great Wolf Lodge without actually staying at the resort. It's actually within walking distance (though with the busy road we don't recommend that). AND it's a waterfront house - we have a large pond/small lake in our backyard that is private to our house and the farm next door (2 kayaks + life jackets and paddles available for guest use). AND, it's only about 15 minutes to Mystic! With all that, the house makes a perfect home base for a Connecticut country vacation or a waterfront weekend getaway.

Important: Sheets and towels ARE included with your stay. They are washed before and after every guest, feel free to use the laundry room during your stay as needed as well. We also provide a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, cleaning products, soaps, detergent, sponges, k cups, and tea! We have a washer and dryer for guest use too!

The house is rustic and quaint with 3 bedrooms that will accommodate up to 7 people (5 adults max please).
