Great stay!

Our hosts were so sweet and thoughtful! The apartment is adorable! We were greeted with a plate of delicious cookies and a bottle of champagne!

Lots of space

We stayed at this studio apartment on business and enjoyed the perfect location between the hustle and bustle of daily life to a very private large yard for me to walk my 2 basset dogs with great patio area.. Comfortable bed, full kitchen, smart TV with satellite. plenty of parking for our 2 cars plus trailer made this a great spot, huge step up from our regular hotel stay!

Perfect home away from home

I was lucky enough to find this great rental for an extended stay while on business in the area. Jim & Mare were great hosts & very accommodating. I travel with my small dogs & they were very happy there & so was i! Will definitely stay again when I'm in the Springfield area.

A cozy getaway

This place was amazing. It was just as described, everything was well kept. The one bedroom studio was great space, the kitchen and bathroom were located on the opposite side and the sitting area was with the bedroom. This place was so homey, the owners take wonderful care of it. We ended up picking up a few items at the local supermarket, as well as grabbed pizza from a local shop called Nicky's. Great pizza and they were so friendly as well. The owners left us a bottle of bubbly to welcome us, which I thought was very sweet. The backyard was our only regret, we didn't get to enjoy the space. Nice and private. I would definitely recommend this wonderful location. It was very close to schools, like Western New England and six flags. We have stayed at the local hotels while visiting our son at school, this was a wonderful change. Plus, I was able to cook small things but it was great. Thank you for making our stay amazing.

Great basement studio close to the Big E

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the Agawam Studio. The studio is clean, well maintained, and the kitchen is well furnished. The hosts are gracious and helpful, and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Beautiful clean apartment 1 mile from 6 flags

My wife & I, & our 2 small kids stayed at Jim & Mares apartment for 4 nights for a long weekend of six flags & the grand opening of the new MGM casino. We could not recommend it more highly! We were immediately greeted via text by our hosts & offered any help or accomodations they could provide above & beyond what we had already been given upon check-in. The apartment is spotlessly clean & beautifully decorated. The AC was on, the beds were made up waiting for us, there was a chilled bottle of bubbly along with snacks & candy for the kids, & even a welcome area for our pup Charli with a blanket, treats, & a tennis ball! There's a small yard area outside apartment, then a HUGE private yard with swing set & burn pit area that we enjoyed every night. Six flags is incredibly close we could have walked there! Being pass holders to 6 flags we will definitely be back soon!

Perfect for a w/end getaway with a few friends!

Everything you need for a quick getaway with a few friends. You don't need to bring anything besides your food. Hosts left us Champagne, candy, snacks & even treats for the dog. The place is clean & very cozy. We enjoyed ourselves!

Clean, quiet & convenient

This was the perfect place for a no stress getaway. The apartment had everything that we needed. My husband and I, and our two aging Newfoundlands were very comfortable. I especially appreciated that the owners sent a text with all of the essential info so that I didn't have to search for anything. I would stay here again, and definitely recommend the property to family and friends.

Clean comfy quiet home away from home

I stayed at this beautiful in-law apartment for 2 months while in Agawam on business. After staying in many hotels, to have a full kitchen was a huge plus, but then there is a gorgeous outdoor patio area with lounge chairs, table for 6 & gas grill! The owners were very welcoming & quick to answer any questions, although I did not see them much. It is an inlaw apartment in the walkout basement of their house but it's a completely separate parking area & entrance so was very private. Pet-friendly was a huge plus!!! There is a large yard with a dog runner, dog treats, food bowls & dog bed provided. Also fresh fruit, chocolates, & chilled champagne for the humans! The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, very clean, & very well equipped. Jim & Mare were great hosts... I will definitely be back next year!!

Just perfect

The property is located in the back of the house. It is a basement studio with ample space and tastefully decorated. The owners stocked cabinets with coffee, cream, sweeteners, spices, snacks and even a chilled Champagne . They even left treats for our puppy. Located walking distance to six flags yet perfect for a cozy retreat.

Excellent communication. Very welcoming. Very comfortable. Convenient to highways.

We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment accommodations​. The outside of the house and the property where unkempt but that could have to do with the fact that the weather has not been conducive to outdoor chores. Inside the accommodations were excellent! There were special treats left for the dogs and unlovely bottle of wine sit out for us. There were plenty of sheets, towels, blankets, extra pillows etc. Everything was very clean and smelled​ and very nice. There was an abundance of ice in the freezer, the a/c was on and we felt right at home. There's a mudroom area that you walk into first that ended up being a perfect place to let the dogs stay the few times we couldn't bring them with us when we left for a few hours. We were visiting friends and family in many surrounding areas and the location was perfect since it was a short distance to many highways. We will definitely stay here again since we felt like less of a burden to our family.
