Very nice house in a great location. We stayed for a Thanksgiving family vacation with 6 adults, and it was very comfortable. Quiet street, and an easy walk up to the square.

The host was extremely responsive to all pre-stay inquiries, and the home was beautifully decorated for Christmas and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was the perfect size to host our small family gathering for Christmas week with plenty of seating for 7 of us and comfortable beds for the three of us staying overnight. The location was the perfectly within a short walk to the square and a short drive to wineries.

Our stay at Miner’s Rest was perfect. The host provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay and made check-in and check-out very easy. Although we didn’t need any assistance during our stay, Eva made sure she was available for anything and reached out to ensure all was well.

We had the best time staying at Miner’s Rest! There were six adults in town for a friend‘s wedding, and it was perfect. The location was amazing and we were able to get to all the restaurants and wineries easily. The house is beautifully decorated, and the owners thought of everything! We would definitely stay here again.

This house was wonderful, very clean and the host was great and very responsive. The home has everything you need and extras. It is currently decorated for Christmas which I think is wonderful. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone coming to the Dahlonega area. You will not be disappointed.

A Great Place To Stay

We spent a long weekend here over the Fourth of July weekend. The house is pristine and very spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a short and scenic walk into town. We definitely recommend staying here. Everything was a breeze and our host, Eva, was helpful and efficient.

Perfect Bungalow

We stayed at Miner’s Rest following the birth of our daughter and her hubby’s first baby. The property is clean, cozy, and comfortable. It’s literally steps away from Downtown Dahlonega and has been lovingly renovated. The host was very easy to work with and they have paid attention to every detail. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, fresh and spacious interior with board and batten siding adding a modern elegance to this house. Little touches, like microwave popcorn & even dog treats for guests with a furry family member made us feel very welcome & comfortable - the owner thought of everything. Great old farmhouse in Dahlonega that has been completely remodeledWalking distance to downtown area. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch, reading and chatting with the very affable neighbors.Outstanding value, if you happen to be in northern Georgia.
