Cabin Fever - Game Room/3-King Beds/Dog - Friendly/Hot Tub!

Watch out for Cabin Fever! Once you visit, you won't want to leave! This dog-friendly (pet fee applies*) three-bedroom cabin sits just outside of downtown Dahlonega and the University of North Georgia. The amenities do not disappoint—from the game room (ping pong, pool, air hockey, darts, foosball) to the hot tub and fire pit, you won't get bored or need to leave.

This three-story cabin is great for groups that like to spread out. The upstairs loft features a king bed (no bathroom). The main floor also features a bedroom with a king bed, its own TV, and a bathroom off the hallway. The living room on the main floor features a wood-burning fireplace and walkout French doors onto the covered porch.

On the lower level you will find a TV room with a 70-inch TV, and a sunroom to enjoy your morning coffee. Sleeping options on this level include a daybed in the common area for additional sleeping (twin with twin trundle), and a master suite with a king bed and its own bathroom.

Hang out in the game room, under the string lights in our six-person hot tub, or roast some s'mores around the firepit.

Property Notes:
- The driveway allows for up to four cars, but it is one only one car wide. There is room to park two additional cars off the side of the road if necessary. Parking is not allowed in the garage as it is used as the game room. Parking in the garage will result in a $250 fee.
- The loft bedroom is set back enough to have privacy, but it does not have a door.

Important things to know:
• Dogs are allowed with our dog fee of $85 plus tax per pet. If you've added dogs to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional dogs after booking. Please inquire before booking if you have more than 5 pets.
• There is a $27 damage protection waiver included in the base rate for this property. It covers guests for up to $500 in accidental damages, if guest reports damage that happens during their stay. Intentional damage, unreported damage, or anything exceeding $500 will be charged to the guest's payment method.
• We provide 1 roll of paper towels, bar soap, hand soap, toilet paper, and plenty of towels and linens.
• We offer firewood available on-site to purchase for $10 per bundle (including tax). We can also arrange a delivery of 50 pieces for $60 (including tax) if you let us know 7 days before your stay. Please message us if you are interested.
• We have a charcoal grill, but we do not provide charcoal.
• Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $25 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we are able to make an exception, the fee is $25 per hour.
• The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days out from your stay.
