This charming one-bedroom, two-full-bath condo on Front Street in the heart of downtown Beaufort offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it an ideal retreat for those who love being near the water. Nestled just one block from restaurants and shopping, this home also has a private dock, giving you easy access to the water for boating, fishing, or simply enjoying the serene views.
The exterior features a welcoming front porch, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. The modern kitchen is outfitted with sleek stainless-steel appliances, making meal preparation a delight.
The spacious bedroom offers a peaceful retreat featuring ample light. The two full bathrooms provide ultimate convenience and privacy, or simply to enjoy the added luxury of extra space.
There is plenty of parking, which is an added bonus for downtown Beaufort!
With its prime location near the water, and private dock access, this condo is perfect, whether you’re looking for a weekend getaway or week stay, this home offers the best waterfront living.

BED CONFIGURATION:
1 Queen Bed


WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

OTHER NOTES:
-Shed in the back is not allowed to be used
-Boat trailer cannot be parked at unit. Need to arrange for parking at The Boat House.
-Not pet friendly
-Not allowed to have a grill
-Maximum size boat is 21ft long

Beaufort get a way

Location was ideally located on the scenic waterfront in the quaint historic district of Beaufort. For those seeking a quiet place to refresh and recharge from life’s daily routines, this is it. Many fine restaurants within walking distance.

We love the condo on the waterfront. The condo was immaculate. Everything was provided for us. We lacked nothing. The condo is beautiful and magical. We loved rocking on front porch looking at the boats coming in and out. Being on the waterfront added to our experience. Claudia and spectrum was very thorough, thoughtful. Easy check in and out. Answered questions immediately. Highly recommend this unit.

We had a great stay here. One suggestion would be to clean the blinds and the window sills. Also, it would be nice to have a folder or something local activities and restaurants near by.

The area was great, the aquarium, maritime museum, Fort Macon, all excellent. Located in historic area, everything very walkable with several very good restaurants. The condo not so much, the bed sags to the middle badly, killed a roach first night-did not see more, faucet in tub loose-turns and small splinter in foot from floor. The unit needs work
