Beautiful new apartment in quiet neighborhood that is just a 5 minute Uber ride to the Raleigh Convention Center and downtown area. Comfortable and cozy. Host is local and very responsive to all communication. Would stay here again - highly recommended.

Overall great property. The only problem is central air conditioning isn’t thing. They have space heaters and in house ac but it might not be base for extreme weather.

The proper was nice but was a bit hard to find at first. A lot of the furniture was wobbly and caused us to spill things when we put them on the tables. Relatedly, we did not have many paper towels or paper products during our stay to clean up.

This location was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Host was responsive. Few oddities, however. Nice set of glasses & dishes available, however only odd-sized spoons (serving size or baby ones w/rubber tips) were provided. No washcloths provided.We used one bedroom for sleeping, and the other bed in the second bedroom was used to hold suitcases. No space to put luggage. Only 1 hanger for entire unit. When contacted however, host provided 3 more.It was nice to have off-street parking available.

We've added more hangers to the unit and are addressing the silverware selection as well. And we hear you on the washcloths — we're adding those to our standard linen setup so future guests are fully covered.
