The Space - There are a few things we've always missed when being away from home, like our:

- PRIVATE PLAYGROUND with putting green golf and natural gas BBQ to relax with friends and family
- WORKDESK with monitor, keyboard, mouse, USB-C hub + charging station for laptop and devices
- GATED DRIVEWAY to park all our cars securely off the street
- MASTER SUITE with pillow-top king bed and soothing rain shower
- LAUNDRY ROOM with steam dryer and built-in iron station
- FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN with gas cooktop, built-in oven, rice cooker and spices rack to cook like home
- COLD water bottles and K-cup coffee
- BEACH CART with 2 chairs, 2 towels, umbrella, and built-in cooler to carry our belongings & drinks in style.

We finally realized our dream building this vacation home in the heart of OC and would love to share all these conveniences of home with you.

Without stairs, our single-story home features 3 full bathrooms designed with low clearance showers to provide easy step-in access for elders and kids.

The 4 spacious bedrooms feature pillow-top king or queens individually to provide in-room privacy. We don’t squeeze multiple beds in a room and don’t want to be stacked vertically like many homes around Disneyland.

We also provide two Roku TVs connected to the internet and ready to stream countless hours of available entertainment. Once joining our free wifi, you can cast photos/videos content wirelessly from your smartphones onto our big screen TVs via any Chromecast-supported apps like YouTube and NetFlix.

As our guest, you get to enjoy unrestricted access to the home, private 5-car driveway, and our beautiful backyard with covered patio, natural gas BBQ, and playground with putting green to enjoy golfing with your family in your own privacy.

The Neighborhood - Although not as modern—and expensive—as the coastal area, Santa Ana is OC founding city and is the ideal place to experience vintage Orange County with its diverse culture, entertainment, food, and down-to-earth people. Our vacation home is located in a family-friendly neighborhood where you see mothers walk their children to/from schools daily and ice cream trucks passing by just like way back in the days of old. Downtown Art District, South Coast Plaza and OC Performing Arts Center are within 3 miles. Major freeways are easily accessible to venture out to other destinations in SoCal.

Smoking smell is extremely difficult to remove. If we find evidence of smoking, we have to charge your full deposit to cover the extra cleaning cost.

I have to point out that our host was fabulous! Communicated with us quickly and took care of our issues immediately Thank you Minh We selected this location bcz of the backyard and patio. We were not able to use either one because the yard was very torn up playground was not in the best condition The main issue were spiders and webs all over the outside of the house When we got home from a day out there were spider everywhere. Made us feel very uncomfortable. The inside of the house is very nice and clean. I just thought I’d have to be honest bcz the spiders were an issue to us especially with small children. As stated our host was wonderful and very attentive. But I had to be honest. Thank you

The house had all the amenities that was listed and needed. Spent one day at Disney and one at the beach. The house was centrally located between each. Host was great and responded quickly.

Overall stay excellent! The check-in process was easy; house was clean; host provided necessary amenities (silverware, dishes, soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner, towels, hair dryer, etc); house was family friendly (toys, outside play set, backyard putting green, high chair, play pen, etc); location was perfect for my family and I (near beach, airport, etc); communication with host was friendly and professional; and driveway space enough for a couple cars. Would definitely recommend this place!

Minh was a gracious host with a lovely home! Very communicative and responsive to all questions. The home had all of the amenities you could want, plenty of room for parking multiple cars, and a great backyard space! Definitely will book again next time we're in the area!

Perfect Family Home

My family and I enjoyed our stay. I have two kids under 2 and this place was perfect. My son loved the play area and the home also had toy cars and kept my toddler busy. They also provide you with a high chair and seat for an infant. Highly recommend this place if you’ve got kids.

Great Stay

Our stay was really nice. The house was very clean and the entire process of checking in was easy. Minh responded to any questions we had and was very accommodating with our request for an earlier check in. Our grandson loved the playground! The neighborhood is older as described and street parking in the front was not easy but we liked having the long driveway and locking gate. The only other issue was a dog that barked all night which was a bit disruptive. If you don't mind that, it is a perfect place to stay!

Family gathering

Our family really enjoyed staying here for the Thanksgiving holiday. I have twin grandsons in the NICU in the area and this beautiful home allowed us to spend Thanksgiving together. It was comfortable and clean. The parking was phenomenal! Minh is an amazing host.

Has a great time!

The place was very clean and it had many essentials that I thought I would have to buy. Definitely beats staying at a hotel. The host responded to my messages very quickly, that was a plus! My kids loved the playground and mini golf that was out back. I would definitely be staying here on my next trip to California.

Christmas Family Reunion

Everything was as expected which was great. I gave 4 stars for the check-in process. I believe the owner when he said it was a glitch in the VRBO process. I had to call the owner to get the door code. Other than that everything was 5 star.

Clean and Convenient

This house was perfect for us. It was clean and convenient to Disneyland. Everything was great about this property. We liked having the locked gate for the cars. The host was very kind and provided everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

Great Place For A Family

We stayed here with out wedding party right before and after our wedding. Everyone had a great time and was very comfortable. Getting in and out of the driveway was a little hard and the neighbors threw very loud halloween parties for 2 of the days we were there, but other than that it was relatively quiet and easy. Don't expect to find extra street parking, but the driveway easily fits 4-5 cars. The propery was clean and pretty well maintained, and the outdoor area is very fun. The property managers were very kind and communcative throughout the process and were available to help with just a quick message. The only thing I would improve about the properties interrior would be fridge water as it seemed the water line was not connected or turned on, but we figured that would be a big thing to fix durring our stay so we just bought water bottles and ice. Other than that it was very comfortable and intuitive.

Perfect for us

We were in town from WI/ MN for a family wedding in Newport Beach. The location was a great central location between Newport Beach and family in Brea. It is close to SNA airport which was very useful as well. The house fit us perfectly; very spacious master bedroom and bathroom plus 3 additional nice size bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms. We appreciated the use of the driveway as there was not too much street parking available. The neighborhood was quiet. Communication with Minh was superb throughout the whole reservation process and stay!

Everything we needed.

Plenty of room for our 3 couples who stayed here the two days leading up to a wedding. Plenty of bathrooms, comfortable beds, and a kitchen that had everything we needed. The house was very clean, easy to find and access, and the owner was very responsive to the messages we sent him. 5 stars.

Family vacay

This property was central to all that we wanted to do on our vacation and suited our needs nicely. The neighborhood can be loud at times, but the house itself was just fine! All in all, we had a nice time away with family.

Manager is very pleasant and responsive. Nice house, be prepared to be woke up daily by a rooter.

Clean and reasonable for the price

Overall stay was good. The home was clean and beds were comfortable. Communication with host was great. The home is older and could use some repairs but didn't make for an unpleasant stay. Location for Disneyland was not the best as there was no immediate access to the freeway and there was a lot of traffic on the main roads leading to a 30 minute travel time. The home itself was comfortable and neighborhood was pretty quiet.

Weekend FAMILY gathering

We rented this home because 5 of our family members were attending my daughter's college graduation. It was way more affordable than renting three hotel rooms. The home was large enough for everyone to have privacy, and the three bathrooms allowed us all to get ready each day without delays. The refrigerator was stocked with drinks, which we found thoughtful and helpful, so we didn't go to the store right away when we arrived. Minh was always immediately responsive and gave me plenty of details about expectations and amenities. Due to Minh's organized emails, I didn't have any questions during our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. It is located near a school and park, so just be cautious while driving for their safety as many walk to and from school.
