The property location was good. Close enough to Disneyland. Unfortunately, on our first day, we couldn’t take possession at 4pm as communicated in the reservation. The cleaners were still there until 4:30pm so we waited outside. When at the property, the game room doesn’t have air conditioning so not really tolerable on the hot summer days. None of the electronic, manual and board games could be played (broken and missing pieces). This was a disappointment for our grandkids.
The property had the space we needed, but had quite a few problems, i.e., several water lines backward, only one dish towel, bathroom sensor fan in master bath would just randomly come on in the middle of the night, many places were sticky to the touch, the freezer is hard to put anything into and take out of because it can’t be opened very far, the pool is smaller than it looks in the photos and the depth is mis-marked on one side. It’s only about one foot, but is marked four ft. The listing says you can sit in the pool and watch Disney fireworks, but you can’t see them if in the pool. You need to be standing in a couple specific spots in the backyard to see them. Overall, I’d say it was a decent place to stay for a family of ten, but I wouldn’t rent it again.
