This place was absolutely perfect for our stay. Shann was a great host and so accommodating to our needs. Beds were comfortable, screened in porch was a perfect hangout! Perfect location for our fishing tournament. We will definitely be staying here again!

Very nice and peaceful stay. Easy dock access as long as you’re in a pontoon, bass boat, or something of the sort. A little too shallow, at least when we went, for a deeper setting boat. Water was about 4-5 ft low. Very cozy and we utilized the screened-in back porch everyday. Host was communicative when need be but we didn’t want for much. There’s a few grocery stores relatively close but it was great to get away from the bigger city traffic and spend a week not encountering very much. Will hopefully be able to stay again in the future.

All went great - but beware if you’re a Verizon customer as there is NO cell signal at the property - so retrieve your lockbox code well before you drive to the property!

Such a cute house ! Very spacious living room/ dining area & everything we needed was there !! Plenty of cookware & dishes & A TON of spices ! The yard & back porch were so nicely decorated / landscaped . Quiet neighborhood , made for a great weekend get away .

Excellent location near fishing and golf! The house has so many great features. The back deck was awesome, kitchen well equipped, everything you might need was provided. The home was just as advertised and we would stay here again! Great communication and check was very easy!

Relaxing stay

This property was a very nice getaway for my friend and I. We enjoyed the quite neighborhood and sitting on the back porch enjoying the early fall weather. Hope to stay again in the future.

The property has a very unpleasant strong smell. It’s appeared to not have had a good cleaning in quite a while. The property has great potential as it’s located in a good area. However, the owner needs to maintain it better.

Close to John c landing

Great stay, great communication with the property owner. Close to john c landing where my tournament was taking off at. Also, close to potatoe creek ramp. Stay overall was absolutely great, parking with my boat and truck each day was tight. With that being said you still have plenty of room to park up by house. You have to just take your time backing up. You will have to park on yard as there is not a gravel driveway yet.Would recommend staying as all of the accommodations are there for you. In the future I would stay again as the owners made everything easy and the communication was outstanding!

We had a hard time finding the location,when we finally arrived there was no key had to drive back into town for phone service!! The kitchen floor was dirty and the back porch was nasty!! The house was musky smelling and there was a problem with a water leak!! We did some cleaning ourselves!!If we’d had a lawnmower we would have cut the grass!!Want go back!!Spoke with owner she was very nice!

From the owner:-I have rented all summer and have never had a client who was unable to find the house.-I am confident in the quality of my cleaning team. The kitchen and porch are cleaned thoroughly between guests, and the photo you provided was unusual, especially considering your week-long stay.-The Terminix technician visited the house shortly after it was cleaned and specifically noted that it was very clean.We hope to welcome you back for a 5-star experience next time around!
