One bedroom Bayside Condo

New ownership! This beautiful one bedroom, one-story condo has a gorgeous water view overlooking the bay. This condo has a king size bed and a pull out sofa. There are two flat screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom. Relax and watch boats enter the bay from the back deck that feature a gas grill and outdoor seating. THIS CONDO IS NON-SMOKING and DOES NOT ALLOW PETS. You are in a short walking distance to the lake, boat rentals, a playground, and one of our two outdoor pools!

Barefoot Cabin on the Bay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came back for our second visit to the same cabin on the waterfront. We love the serenity, the view, walking and seeing deer every time, Tiki Turtle Bingo night, fishing for bass on Kentucky Lake, dinner at Paula's, and so much more.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is such a cute one bedroom tucked in next to mostly 2 bedroom condos! The water views can’t be beat! Very spacious for a 1 bedroom! Bathroom could use a little refresh, wall paint above shower peeling and toilet seat discolored, but overall loved it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cannot say enough about the accommodations...from the easy check in/check out to the well stocked kitchen necessities. Parking was the only SLIGHT issue. Apparently our little cul-de-sac was the popular place to be this weekend ;) Tiki Turtle was the place for relaxing drinks and entertainment. Can't say enough about this place.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first visit and we loved the resort. Everything was well taken care of and clean. Our unit was nice and well stocked. Our only issue was parking. Our condo was on the 300 loop and all of our neighbors had 2 or 3 vehicles plus golf carts. We often had to park a great distance away and walk to the room. Each house should have one reserved spot. This would be our only complaint and this would make us hesitate before coming again.
