This studio apt features a queen-sized bed, smart TV, convertible sofa, tall ceilings, and modern bathroom with rain shower head. The Kitchenette/wet bar has a microwave, toaster, and mini fridge with wine chiller.

Street parking is available.

Please Note: This is the first floor of a residential home. Our family lives upstairs, on property. The studio is roughly 300 sq. Ft. with a private entrance, and exclusive access to the yard.

This is NOT a basement, and the ceilings are well above average height.

Guests will have access to the backyard and outdoor shower.

Beach passes, beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella are provided during your stay!
